Morning Ladies & Wecome Newbies :)

Fab losses Flutterby & Shala moo....Ya big losers!!!! :T

all those nightime trips to the loo have been worth it eh :D

Im attempting another red day today...... not sure yet what my menu is (it seems so flipping hard work remembering the 2 As & Bs lol) I do prefer EE but I want to continue my experiment a little longer (tho im not sure if my bank balance will like me for it:eek:....

I seemed to eat all day long yesterday, and if I wasnt eating....I was thinking about eating :o Even OH commented on this.

Not a great sign either that Ive yet again not been to the loo for 3 days :( I thought with eating so much veg....no lettuce & no strawbs.....not taking any extra tum meds yesterday things may have...ahem moved?? but I think my system is recovering from the abuse it got in the loverly fish & chippies and the to die for dales rum & raisin ice cream :o Ahh well we shall wait and see ;)

Anyhow back to todays food Brekkie is a fry up of bacon, poached egg, mushrooms, toms, and a couple of syn free HM sausage from the new mag....yummy yum :p

dont know what else yet Ive not woke up enough to think that far

  • Morning all

Someone pointed me in the direction of this thread (hello mollypolly!). Am going to go and sign up to a class tomorrow morning. Feel very positive about SW. Did it once before a few years ago and seemed to work for me. Just lately been calorie counting and the constant weighing and working out was doing my head in!:rotfl:

So will come back tomorrow and tell all about my weigh in! Look forward to swapping ideas and getting inspiration from you guys,

    Miss P

extra easy today, but meal out this evening :wall: This is the last on my schedule tho lol so hopefully will be able to improve my efforts and aim for 100%!

B - banana (did 45min exercise before this, can't eat much right after)
L - crab and sweetcorn soup I think followed by fruit salad
D - Italian! Will avoid the much loved garlic bread tho

syns - I think the meal will take care of those!
hea - I'm sure cheese will make an appearance tonight
heb - fibre + bar (I love these, stocked up when Morrisons had bogof, got about 10 packs in the cupboard!)

Did 45 min exercise this morning, shattered now! Has anyone used the 10 minute solution series? I LOVE them, got 3 different ones and looking for more. I find it so hard to commit to 30-40 mins right out, but when it's chunks of 10 mins I don't find it so hard at all :)

    Hi guys!

Can someone help me, my head wasnt really in it this morning and I fear I have made a c*** up .

Ok so I went to hospital this morning and i was suposed to hav fruit and yog before I went, then I realised the time and had to leggit.

On way I grabbed 2x alpen bars- fine Ill have that as HEB and do a green day
then i get home and am ravenous so do a tin of beans, bread roll, few mushrooms and 4 rashers bacon

uh oh- start eating the bread and realise- cant have bread as well as alpen on ee
have to syn the bacon on green
so i have left the rest of it ( i didnt even have a quarter of it)

Shall I a) do EE and syn the quarter of the roll? B) something else?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
