With red days i tend to. Last night for example my dinner consisited of 2 x HM beef burgers with relish, gherkins, mayo and a massive pile of salad with my 3 babybel lights broken up on top. I usually use my HEBs for cereal, crispbreads or cereal bars so i dont have potato, pasta, beans etc as a HEB with my main meals.

With my green days i dont tend to have 1/3 superfree. I dont leave them out entirely but it works out i have about 1/4 superfree on a green day.

ahh thanks hun.....its kind of how today is working out (and how I can see any other red day being.....meat & veg seem to natuarally just go together where as the green days are .....well lets just say I dont think I would be getting the 1/3 in as well as getting a good variety of 'free' from the list too. ;)

Just hoping it shocks my system a bit.....and cures the weekly prob I seem to getting with the tum bother and nedding extra meds for the pain=bunged up!! (tho a bit of research on the net has established that ive not done my self any favours eating strawbs or lettuce at the rate Ive been demolishing it with the prob Ive got

I find that if i just eat meat and don't have any superfree in the day i get a bit ... ahem... bunged up! But that problem got much better when i started having 1/3 superfree on red so watch out for that! lol.
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

I hope it means good losses!

The op went to plan, he was in intensive care for 2 days as precasution but is now on normal recovery ward. Thanks for asking :A

    Oooh nice new thread:)

Hey consultant31 while you're here;) Can I ask, does mix to match (I think that was what it was called!) still exist?

    xx

Lol, you must have just missed me, I logged out to talk to DD and never got back last night.

I have to admit to never having got on with Mix2Max as I always found it confused everyone and they ended up not doing too well on it. Personally, I feel the EE plan gives you the very best of both Mix2Max and Success Express together and is much easier to live with.

However, if you were successfully using either of these plans previously, I would say to carry on. Ultimately, SW is all about healthy eating and all the plans (past and present) have been unerringly healthy. You need to feel happy and comfortable with how you eat so that you can continue to live like it for ever in order to keep the weight off.

    Hope that helps :D

Thanks takeiteazy, but I am so clueless I have no idea what syns are or what green or red days are. Where can I find this? Sorry if I am being dense!

Hi SkintGypsy and all the other newbies. I knew there'd be loads of you once the littlies go back to school.

I daren't mention Christmas again cos it upset lots of the regulars (sorry :o) but in order to lose a significant amount of weight before 'it' arrives, we need to get stuck in now and make a proper commitment to following a plan.....which shouldn't be too hard as the plans are nothing if not generous.

As for what you'll need to follow Food Optimising properly SkintG, I would really recommend that you find a local group and go along to a meeting. Even if you only attend the first one, you will get all the books you need + the introductory talk all for a tenner. If you go to eBay for the books they will cost significantly more and you'll struggle to understand them without the grounding of the talk (just my opinion, but I'm being honest).

ive just had my 1st red day tea

cottage pie topped with carrot & swede. cauli with a blob of quaaaark & 3 xtra light laughing cows on the top melted under the grill........for the 1st time today I am feeling very nicely full :p without thinking about putting the oven on again for the next lot of meat based product lmao :rotfl:

Ive stil got both my 1 and a half HEBS to use so im having fibre plus bar at 8pm with my last cuppa tea and il have 2 ryvita and some cottage cheese before bed.

Im only planning on having a penguin wafer 4.5 syns......damage liitation for yesterday (its quite good having the 2HEBs on a red day :D....those ryvita will come in handy to save a few choccy syns I think!)

    Off now to watch corrie.....

They went in through the nose :eek: so he shouldn't have a dodgy haircut! I've not been able to see him as he is over an hour away, but he should be home end of the week :)
