The Onken moosey ones:j
So all the muller chocs have some syns.
What about the cheesecake flavour ones that come around now & then?
the muller choc sprinkles are free (they do a vanilla or an orange one) its only the one with the cherry underlayer that you have to syn0 -
Morning, thanks for the lovely new thread consultant.
Just done my Sunday weigh in and i have lost another 1lb, going to try and up the water and superfree this week as if i lose 2 lbs this week i'll be in the 9sts:T Which would be nice. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
hope you soon feel better, Susan! Well I'm off to an 18th birthday party today, following the 50th birthday party last night .... I'm going to pack a load of fruit into the car so just before I arrive at the party i will stuff my face with superfree then hopefully not be too piggy with the party food. If there's a pig roast like last night I can't promise though
Who said it was a bright sunny day? Not here it isn't, it's pouring!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hi Guns, that's my next aim, to drop into the 9sts - it's like a minitargetgood luck! (PS just had a big cooked breakfast and by golly I shall be upping the water today the bacon was incredibly salty - it was from the Co-op, their "incredibly delicious (and salty)" range I expect. I don't know any other company that can consistently ruin perfectly good food the way the Co-op can.:( )

Off to the family day at York Races today with my great niece who is desperate to meet Peppa Pig.....
I have had a big SW breakfast and we are having afternoon tea at the races, but will try to use my syns there, and go syn free tonight!
Hey ho. - at least it is sunny!NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
Right Ive had a little think and my red day looks like this
Brekkie bacon poached egg toms & mushrooms
HEA (1) milk for teas
Lunch salad of tuna, boiled egg, chopped toms, cucumber, lettuce, onion, cottage cheese
Tea cottage pie with carrot & swede top, *bag of steam fresh veg *HEB (1) 227g jacket spud *
Ive just been thinking and Im gonna scrap the steam fresh veg as they have a fair bit of corn in them, and Im also gonna scrap the JP too. sooooo Im now replacing this with cauliflower, cooked then put in an oven dish and a blob of quark plus 3 laughing cow xtra light squidged on the top then under the grill(thats half my 2nd HEA)
then Il have 4 ryvita for my 1st HEB tonight with the remaining 3 cows and some cottage cheese........
Reds are confusing :huh:after doing EEbut I want to see if cutting the carbs a bit makes any diference this week.....especially with my fabby (but naughty) flexi day yesterday.
snacks plums
HEB (2) fibre plus
syns pengun wafer 4.5 3 squares dairymilk bubbly 3.5 = 8 (am trying to keep this low for a few days because of yesterday)
what does the menu look like???? can anyone spot anything wrong? x0 -
Hi everyone
I've been lurking your threads for ages, and thought I'd finally join in now that it's a new one! I have a fair few stone to lose and joined online a few weeks ago. I've just about fully recovered from a fairly serious injury I had that prevented me from exercising at all, and I've come off the depo injection that I'm convinced contributed to the weight explosion whilst I was bed bound! I weigh in kg and I've got 0.5kg to go before getting my 6kg award
I've got a lovely collection of exercise dvds to rotate and my fiance is fully on board too but the support I've seen on here will I hope be invaluable too.
We'll be doing extra easy at least to start off with
todays food:
B - banana, nectarine, pear + mullerlight
L - spicy butternut squash soup (yet to make, but I love this!)
D - Beef with SW roasts and veg, oxo gravy from a cube
snacks - 2 babybel (hea) fibre plus bar (heb)
syns - probably quavers 4.5 and twix finger 5.5
Trying to stick at 10 syns per day after my oversynning with the family and friends over the past few weekends!I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.0 -

Hey all
Nice to see a shiny new thread, although not nice to see the C word mentioned! I'm not a big fan of Christmas. It was never a big deal in my family, and has got less so since me and my brother left home. Last year I was on a beach in New Zealand with a friend for it, which was amazing, but this year I will be here (unless I can magic up some money to go away!).
I'm not feeling 100% today, got a banging headache and didn't sleep too well. Having a lazy day though so can relax.
I'll post my meal plan later as I have no idea what I'm going to have yet!
Well done to the losers!
