Thanks for the shiny new thread Consultant but did you have to mention that BAD word :(.

Anyway today I have been VERY WEAK, I blame the bad nights sleep & upset tummy combined with the very long walk [there & back] this morning. I was too weak to fight off the fairies who force fed me chinese food this evening and toffees this morning :o:o:o.

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

    L - 2 wm rolls [2xb], cheese [a], toms, s/cream [.5]

T - chinese - veg chow mein, special fried rice, veg & 2 cantonese s/s chicken, 1 chip + s/s sauce
    Snacks - 4 toffees [8]

Syns - gave up counting :(

Having a day off fruit & yog after last night.
TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY & WILL BE FAIRY FREE :p

Hope Dizzy had a nice day out with her hubby & enjoyed her fish :D
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi Takeiteazy :)

I too gave up counting yesterday, ( extra bread, biscuits, penguins!) I think i find green days harder to stick to than EE.

Today is a new day and will be at home so will be easier i think :)
    It will be EE!

Breakfast- fruit pineappple & strawbs & yog
Lunch - bacon, egg, beans loadsa mushrooms brown roll ( HEB)
Dinner- Beef stew from freezer ( free as thickened with mashed potato :D) with sugar snaps, green beans carrots and baby new potatoes

Snacks: Will make a free spanish omelette with extra veg as OH enjoyed this in Barcelona ( again, using up, testing it as a lunch item) rest of the couscous salad, more fruit and yog.

Syns: maybe half a box of quorn poppin bites ( 1.5) dime bar ( 7) and I hope to leave it there but might squeeze in WW hoops at 3.5.

Yet more shopping needed today, fruit, yog, teabags and milk. Need to sort out some sort of meal plan for the week to use up what we have in :) so better get on with that now. If I am popping out for these might try and get some replacement scales again from argos with the credit note.

As for Xmas I want to be maintaining at 9 stone for Xmas, thats my goal, so hope I dont sabotage all my hard work by filling my trap with biscuits :wall:

    :D Have a great day all :D

Thanks for that Consultant31, you're doing a great job!:)

I have yet to get my backside into gear but I am thinking of trying the EE. I've got all the details,as it came out just as I stopped going to SW because I felt OK "going it alone" and I was also doing a college course which meant I was no longer free on that night.

I have been a bit under the weather lately and had a couple of investigative procedures carried out in hospital but I must get started with SW again soon.

Good morning all -and it looks quite bright n dry out there for a change clap.gif

Thanks for the shiney new thread consultant31 :j.... I don't mind you mentioning xmas :p -its my birthday in December too -so another double target for me too ;)

Well -another 2lbs gone this week happy036.gifand its * week happy036.gif-so I have dropped into the 14sts -14st 13lbs to be exact -but 14 is the 1st number non the less giggle.gif..and when I lose 1lb more -I will be exactly half way to my original target bliss.gif

Hubby has gone for his golf competition today -so I WILL get a meal plan sorted for this week ..if I come back later and I haven't done it -please feel free to asskick.gif me redface.gif!

Well here is my red meal plan for today...
    • 6 plums
    • melon
    • SW double onion and thyme frittata (A)
    • 227g jacket (B) -wedged in
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5)
    • salad
    • nectarine
    • melon
    • activia creamy (2.5)
    • Lamb hotpot (1) +
    • 227g potatoes (B)
    • broccoli
    • swede
    • carrots
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 crunch corner (4)
    • plums/apple/melon/nectarines -if needed
So thats my 2 A+Bs accounted for and 8.5syns.. Im sure I will use s few more syns as i go tongue.gif
I thought I would give the fritatta a go -does look lovely in the book-now it should be 4syns for a bit of cheese -so i have swapped and used my heA -which saves syns -plus I get more cheese for a heA sign0151.gif.... I will report back and let you know if it a "nommy nommy do again" recipe wink.gif
Dinner is an EE recipe -so all I have done is use my heB to "buy" 227g potato to slice on top instead of it being free on EE biggrin.gif......
Right I will go and whack my stuff in the washer -ready for the gym "hopefully tomorrow if I can get my lazy !!! out of bed early" and then Im going to settle down and meal plan ....
Have a lovely day all and keep up the great work...

It's the rubbish bits that make me laugh most lol.

Christmas yes.......I hate the thought, but it's coming like it or not ;)

There are (so I'm told) 16 weeks to go so at a nice, steady rate, we can look forward to losing between 1 and 2 stone relatively easily. It only breaks down to around 1½ lbs a week so come on ladies (and any gents out there) we can do it and with help and support we will do it :j

Im loving the thought of Christmas this year ......cos I wont be here from the 6th DEC til after new year YIPPEEE :j :p:rotfl:

Only prob is......I only have 12 weeks to shift my excess baggage -GULP:eek:

    Hiya Mrs E

How you doing, course you can join. Just saw the contents of your freezer ;) youll be fine with us!

The ones that arnt free are the ones with the chocolate scrapings in and the fruit layers at the bottom. Corners of course arnt either. The Onken fat free ones are also free and they are quite a bit nicer but not quite as cheap lol
