Ok well put on 4 pounds but thats not so bad as have been on holiday for three weeks.
I am feeling very enthusiastic now after going to class so today will be GREEN.
Had a banana and Hi fi bar (HEB)for breakfast.

Lunch will be Fat free noodles with beans, loads of mushrooms chucked in and some fresh tomatoes.

Nice roast chicken(HEB) dinner later with trimmings.Mmmm roast potatoes. (Will syn stuffing and gravy)

I will also eat fruit and yogurt throughout the day.

I have brought a countdown and hope to be back in my target when this runs out in six weeks. (Can I lose 1st 4lbs in that time)Will give it a real go.!!!!

    Have a good day

    :T I have LOST 5 lb :j

    Start weight 30 August - 12 stone (height 4ft 7")

    Todays weight - 11st 6 1/4 lb

    :D :rotfl: :)

My first goal is 10% which as I figure should be 10 st 9 lb

If this is correct then I have another 11 lb to lose ?????? (please can someone confirm this as its so confusing)

Congrats to all the losers and stickers and continue the good efforts everybody ~ thanks for all the support and help so far much appreciated!!!!

    Hello,

Can I please have a hug or two? I'm somewhat under the weather today..... I used a new face cream yesterday which my skin didn't like. I woke up this morning looking like I'd been smacked in the face! my eyes are puffed up and skin red and blotchy, not a good look. I saw the doctor this morning for some antihistamines then trudged home to go back to bed for a bit!

Needless to say I couldn't give two hoots about my food intake at the mo, especially as I STS last week....*sigh* a night out in Bristol yesterday is the culprit I think, or was it the Kitkat, bottle of Smirnof Ice and huge burger I had before the gig, oh and the glass of full fat coke which I ordered by mistake, doh!!!!!

Here's hoping the week gets better.....

    Hi everybody!

Have had a long weekend. Friday was taken on a mystery tour by hubby, had to leave house at 6am! Ended up in Dorset near Blandford at the steam engine festival.

I live only 8 miles from there! we know every year to keep away from the area due to the Steam Festival as the traffic is so bad.

Thanks! I'm sitting here in a dozy, itchy daze as the pills I'm taking are making me drowsy, nice.

Anyways, I haven't given in re food, I was lucid enough earlier to make up a mushroom risotto which really hit the spot, very comforting. I also had a couple of spoons of low fat ice cream, yum :)

That's my syns gone for the day I think, at least I don't want to risk having anymore.

I was meant to make a spag bol for tea tonight, but now I feel pants I can't really be arsed! will see what OH thinks when he gets home later, can't wait to see him again. It's rubbish being home alone when you're ill!
