Hi all!
So glad i've found this thread
The other forums i'm on just do WW.
Anybody know any good tips for eating out in Europe? I'm going travelling for three weeks and i know that the first week i will be naughty as i can't resist a good sausage... but i want to make up for that week with the others, i will be doing lots of walking to try and burn off some cals.
As for Christmas i want to lose another stone and i'll be happy! anything more will be a bonus!
Still a long way to go though!

Big hugs for you Vixie, I hope things get sorted out, Susan's given some good advice there. It probably doesn't help to know there are many currently in the same situation, but the Citizens Advice Bureau are used to helping with these things (the debts, not the husband, unfortunately). I hope you are still in touch with him by phone and can reassure him.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

experiment coming up:very low fat natural yogurt lentils, all varieties rice aubergine broccoli mushrooms onions butternut squash tomatoes melon, all varieties pineapple plums yup it worked. I c&p from my online diary. That's all my free food so far today. You can see most of it is also superfree, and my HEs have been skimmed milk and some all bran (I will have a ryvita or scan bran tonight because 42g of all bran is way too much along with fruit and yog for breakfast, so I weigh out 21g). I just know this will be all one para even though I have put paras into my typing
oh well.

thank you Slimming World!

I'm doing a PGCE (teaching). But it's only part time so it's one day a week from 2pm to 7pm. Today was the induction and I found out that we will have a half hour break in the session at 5.30, but luckily for me (in one way) the canteen will be shut by then! So I'll have to take my own food. I'm hoping I can do what I did today - pop home for a substantial lunch - and then take a pasta/couscous/rice salad or soup to have in the break, then have a smaller meal when I get home. But it all depends on what I'm doing that morning in work as I may be miles from home!
What do you study?

lunch - omlette (egg, tomatos, onions, mushrooms), more tea, an apple
dinner - steak, cauliflower, onions, mushrooms, tomatos, mash potato
