Oh dear. I had a really naughty chocolate fest of a week. Couldn't make WI last night. Knew it'd carry on and snowball if I didn't go to class this week, so arranged to go to the consultant's thursday morning class.

I lost 4.5lbs. Consultant swears the difference between morning and evening weights is not that much - I beg to differ ;)

Having been the very antithesis of slimming world this week, I had to explain to the group all about my wonderful success (!) and be paraded as some kind of slimming world guru, as not only did I get my 1/2 stone certificate (was due that last week) but also slimmer of the week, and was that enough? Noo-ooooooO - I also got slimmer of the month with 11lbs

(Quite how SOTM happened I haven't the foggiest, since I have only been at class for 3 weeks!)

So... yeah... ah... my name is skint slimmer and I am a fraud! :o

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:There has to be a message in there somewhere!

:rotfl:Vicki+1... 5 mars bar ice-creams.... one after each other?? Wow you must have been having a really bad day :rotfl:

I know what you mean of being sick of pasta and tatas I still can't face pasta in a tomato sauce as I od'd on it early on in the plan... but I learned my lessons and now try to never have the same meal within 3 days of each other... which can be hard when I can't be ar#ed to cook.

Have you tried the SW KFC Style chicken maybe with SF chips and SF BBQ sauce and salad? Or a H/M chow mein ... Indian chicken curry, syn some popadoms and SF raitia salad. Frittatas are also nice and can be kept in the fridge for emergencies.

Skintslimmer - There IS a difference between am and pm weigh in's .... I always weigh 2 or 3lb more in the evening that that of the morning.

I reckon mine's about 6lbs difference... thats the 4.5 that showed on the scales as a loss and the 1.5 that I (possibly) actually gained! :rotfl:

If I STS next week i will be flipping chuffed! :T

Must dash - won't be on over the weekend as I am going on a buddist meditation retreat. Will be lovely, all inclusive but hopefully the food won't be too bad, as its all organic vegetarian, so am hoping that it will be more or less to plan.

I'm an old styler at heart, not been on the board for a while though. I've not made twinks for ages, kinda depends how big you made them? I'd say they were probably similar to a normal hobnob.
