WI today and I gained 1.5lbs.
Disappointed as I really did feel I'd done OK. Walking, dancing and sticking to the plan quite well. I think it may have been my short holiday from 2wks ago catching up.
Unfortunately (from SW point of view) I've another mini-break next week but will stick to plan whenever possible. This sounds so ungrateful (as I know loads of people would love a holiday/dinner out etc) but I'd love a long clear run at the plan without life getting in the way!!:D0 -
Just a quickie - went in Morrisons this morning and they have Activia Fat Free snackpots for 5 for £1! These are all free on SW except from the peach one which is 1/2 syn, and they're also vegetarian (no gelatine)! Thought you guys might like to know!0

i had been really good up until this, i think i was irritated that i had oly lost 1/2 a lb this week , and i've been off work for a few days so i am bored. And i am sick to death of potatoes and pasta, grrrrr0 -
Oh dear. I had a really naughty chocolate fest of a week. Couldn't make WI last night. Knew it'd carry on and snowball if I didn't go to class this week, so arranged to go to the consultant's thursday morning class.
I lost 4.5lbs. Consultant swears the difference between morning and evening weights is not that much - I beg to differ
Having been the very antithesis of slimming world this week, I had to explain to the group all about my wonderful success (!) and be paraded as some kind of slimming world guru, as not only did I get my 1/2 stone certificate (was due that last week) but also slimmer of the week, and was that enough? Noo-ooooooO - I also got slimmer of the month with 11lbs
(Quite how SOTM happened I haven't the foggiest, since I have only been at class for 3 weeks!)
So... yeah... ah... my name is skint slimmer and I am a fraud!
By the way, I made that tomato soup and it is flipping lovely :TNothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Me too! But the sight of that cake was too much to resist! I think I'm getting a bit frustrated at how strictly I have to stay on plan and then only produc a 0.5 pound weight loss and some weeks I don't even get that!:(0
