I've had a good day on EE today :

    Bran Flakes (Part HEB)
    Fruit
    ML
Ryvita (Other part HEB) + marmite
Milk in tea through day (HEA)

    HM Chilli
    Salad 2 syns for dressing
Fruit - apple, banana, orange, strawberries

Quorn Red Leicester + onion sausages 1 syn
    Mashed potato
    Broccoli, carrots, sprouts
    Gravy 4 syns

Very full now, going to do a bit of catching up with my cup of tea.
  • Well, just come back from WI and I lost 3lbs! :j
Totally over the moon with that!
Going out to celebrate with a SW friendly Nandos! Just wondering tho, you know that fat free frozen yoghurt they do, would that be syn free (or is that wishful thinking?!) , does anyone know?
    Thanks guys.
Well done to all the losers and I love this phrase "a dripping tap will still fill the bucket" - I will remember that, thanks!

  • Here's a question for you all - when a healthy extra b is listed as 'x amount of cereal + 1 ryvita' or suchlike, what if you don't have the ryvita?! As I hate the stuff :D
  • Doh, I just hard boiled my last 2 eggs so had to have just beans with my SW chips!!

These folks think it's 2 syns per 100g, if that helps?

  • Thank you for that info lightisfading, very useful. I tried looking for that on syns online first, but didn't have any luck.

Blackberry, re your comment about thickening gravy, I believe you can used use instant mash to do this on SW. Haven't tried it, I'm a red girl but think it might be free on green and EE.

Well done to all you losers, seem to be some good consistent losses around atm.

Yes, I've heard that too. Personally I'm not a gravy person, thin or thick, but I thought beaten-up beans might be another way. (I do love instant mash though :D )

I can't get a lift to my class tonight and it's raining too hard to walk all the way

Do we have to pay for missed classes?

    I pay weekly.

    Thanks for your help :D
yes you have to pay, unless you QUICKLY NOW RIGHT NOW contact your consultant and tell her you can't make it.

right all, I'm now off for my weigh in. It's been a clearing-out-kind-of-time with that dynorod soup so fingers crossed that the bag of jelly babies won't show on the scales. Wishme luck !

Evening does anyone know if it's ok to go to another class for weigh in if you can't get to your own?

I've realised I've got an evening training class, an open evening and a parents evening in Nov/Dec and all seem to be a Thursday night! There is a class that the area manager I know runs by work on a Weds night at 5.30pm so could nip there so I don't miss a week.

Don't think I'd be charged for missed weeks as I ticked the shift worker box when I joined as I do sometimes work late.

To be honest during winter months going after work may suit me better as it's a miles walk each way to my 7.30 meeting - if we get icy weather I won't go as I'm scared of walking on slippy pavements:o. I don't want to miss too many of my local groups as I like the leader and have been there from the day he started his first class. Just worried about missing weigh ins.
