  • Afternoon all! :)

Was planning a swim today but the weather is DREADFUL and I can't face a 20 min walk each way in the pouring rain, so Wii fit it is!

B: Porridge (B + part of A), banana, 2 tsp splenda brown sugar blend (1). I still hate porridge. It has the texture of sick :(
L: (which will probably be about 3pm ;) ) Spicy minestrone sorta soup in the slowcooker - no recipe i just threw stuff in, hopefully it'll be nice.
D: SW chips, quorn chicken dippers (4), bbq sauce (1), carrots, corn, broccoli.
    S: Hot chocolate (rest of A + 3.5 syns)

Desperately need a supermarket trip, i'm out of fruit apart from bananas (which i like) and apples (which i'm not fond of).

Mountain Dew is only generally available from asian supermarket type places as an import, so not really surprised it's not on the list. Never seen a diet version.

http://www.mountaindew.com/#/products/dietdew.php it does exist, i have had mountain dew before but i can't remember where or when, i think americans drink a lot of mountain dew. I think it may have come from a family who could buy things from the american air base. NB yes i must be bored today to be looking this up , hahah

    Afternoon all,

Weighed in last night and have lost 2.5lbs!!! :j:j:j

So happy was beginning to get really down but it still does work!

Still trying to get my 5st award for xmas - 1st 2.5lbs to go - 2lb a week? Bearing in mind i am going for curry this weekend, last night ate massive slice of cake (i did manage to avoid it whilst everyone was eating it on sunday! Settled for fruit instead - even resisted putting cream on it!) going out on 17th, 18th, 23rd Dec!

More time down the gym i reckon!

    Today is green day

    B - Banana & ff Activia
L - Pasta with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, baked beans, cannelini beans, apple & another ff activia & Ryvita Minis (heb)
D - ? Not sure might have SW chips with quorn sausages, beans & roasted butternut squash & swede - mad combo but am in love with squash & swede atm!
Drinks - still aim for 1.5litres of water & coffee with milk (hea)

After dinner treat will be fibre plus bar (heb) & my syns although i have a bag of french fries with me that are calling my name - especially when the guys are eating sausage, bacon & egg baguettes! & Custard creams!

Going to put a chilli in the slow cooker tonight for the rest of the weeks teas - just gotta think about my lunches!

Good luck to those still left to WI & well done to all those who have x
