  • Weighed myself today. I've been good and not stepped on the scales since last week. I have to say though - I must be getting old because the little lines on the scales are a REALLY long way away. They are hard to see. Perhaps I should get my eyes checked!

    Anyhoo - lost 4lbs I think. Certainly gone from 125kg to 123kg (bigger lines on the dial ;)) which is 4lbs of imperial weight vanquished!

    Today is a green day

    Weetabix HEB
    Banana
    Skimmed milk HEA

    Peppers
    Eggs
    1TBSPN oil
    Granary Bread HEB

    Coconut cake 6S

    Not sure what dinner will be!

    i am amazed at how much you all can eat and lose weight at the same time !!

    Well done you... i have 2 stones to lose... tried the low carbs.. but failed... this one seems more me... :D

    Is there not another one you can go to?

    If you miss one but don't go to another class you still have to pay unless you have any holidays left you can use?

    Well done losers :p I'm crap at keeping up with the thread in full so apologies for only really posting my meal plans.

    Green Day -

    B - oats (HEB) and ff yog
    L - HM brocolli and stilton (HEA) soup
    D - SW chips, 2 x eggs fried in frylight, beans, LF salad cream (3syns)
    Snacks - cheese (HEA),
    Drinks - coffee, fizzy water, NAS squash

    Total syns = 3

    Still have a HEB left so maybe have WM roll so I can have chip butty :)

  • I got myself in a total state today - convinced I had gained - as my jeans wouldn't do up as tightly as they usually do - so I went to another group to get weighed in and lost 0.5 pound! Must be swollen due to star week!
  • I don't like anything I'm cooking at the moment and feeling totally uninspired...

    I lost half a pound last night. Wish it would just come off!!! :(

    Fruit_Salad - don't get downhearted - half off is so much better than half on and remember - a dripping tap will still fill the bucket!!:wink:
    A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
    Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!! :(
    Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!
