Just wanted some advice, on a bit of a budget this week and was wondering what I could make for tea these next few days. I have some broccoli to use, some courgettes, some thin chicken strips??
sorry, thats not very much to go on :rotfl:
also, I'll have some spare stir fry vegetables and was wondering what to do with them. Does anyone know how to make syn free pasta sauce?
Don't give yourself a hard time - at least you know how many syns you had yesterday and my Consultant always says that by continuing to count your syns even when you go over your 10 a day; means you are still in control and on the Plan. Well done for getting back on the Plan today!:T:T0 -
May I pick your brains please:
- Before starting SW, I used to cook (e.g.dauphinois potatoes) with low fat creme fraiche. Is it possible to substitute fat free yogurt/fromage frais in cooking?
- I'm doing a stir fry tomorrow and using chicken for the first time on SW. Anyone got a good recipe for syn free stir fry sauce/marinade to go with chicken? My usual was honey and sherry with soy but want to avoid 'wasting' valuable syns I could use for real treats.
