Well thats it, this week is a total write off. Visited Mum today and she ordered chinese [thats two days running now]. Expecting a massive gain tomorrow :o. Will have to be extra good next week as * week pending :(.

Why do we do this, eat rubbish knowing full well we'll beat ourselves up when we have a gain? I'm just as bad and I can afford a gain as well under target but hate gaining .

    Food today:
    B - weetabix , milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, noodles, cheese [a], activia. All good til now.
T - CHINESE :( veg chow mein, 2 x spoonfuls special fried rice, drizzle s/s sauce
Snacks -handful nuts, 2 minstrels, and the good stuff - pineapple, melon, onken
    Syns - :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Will [STRIKE]TRY TO [/STRIKE] DO better tomorrow
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I have had a look at the menu and i can see exactly why i should set my limit high!

I thought i might treat myself and have

Jack daniels sesame chicken strips for starter OR the cookie dough cheesecake for dessert - i wont have both as i will not be able to eat that much!!

New York Strip (rare) with spicy rice and house salad (no dressing)

Drinks - possible 1 June Bug cocktail and diet cokes all evening

When i look at that i think Ouch!! lol

June bug is pretty high, mixer is pineapple juice.

Sesame chicken is also high no doubt, deep fried breaded chicken covered in JD glaze:eek: I would go for the cheesecake, probably not a lower syn value but soooo good:D

  • Just weighed myself at my friends and I think my weight loss while snacking has stopped... so I'm just working out how much the 7 day diet plan on the website would cost me (adapting it slightly as it's just me to feed!)... I just need to buy a lot more fruit really as I enjoy it, but tend to turn to crisps and chocolate.

Well that was stressful! Not long finished work, got home, and dropped my car keys down the lift shaft:eek: Nightmare, luckily my hubby is a genius, took a good 45 minutes of trial and error but i have them back:T Not sure our neighbours were thrilled with all the banging at this time in the morning:o

    :j-good morning world ....
Im now in the 13s :D 2lb off for me this week so Im at 13st12lb ....so I guess clambering up n downs those steps yesterday helped :p -well I haven't been to the gym or anything this week :naughty:

Im having a red day today and so far it looks like this:-
    • apple
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • lamb leg steak with rosemary and onions
    • home made yorkshire pud (2.5)
    • carrots
    • nobbies
    • cauli
    • broccoli
    • raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries
    • activia intensely (2.5)
    • 3 seedy ryvita (B)
    • cottage cheese
    • beetroot
    • cucumber
    • tomatoes
    • peppers
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • activia intensely (2.5)
So thats 2A + 1B and 8syns used - I will think of a way to use up the other B later.. ooohh in fact I guess I could have 4 ryvita and count it as 2heB without adding too much bulk ;)-will see how hungry I am later...

I have got a big bowl of baguette dough proving at the moment -Im going to make some baguettes to do hubby a few lunches with some home made soups for work and I will use some of it to make hubby a pizza for tea tonight...

Im still trawling through my magazines for recipes -I have an ever growing list of meals -plus I have synned them as I have gone, so once I am done I am going to have to do hardly any thinking when Im menu planning -I do like making lists :o -all I will have to do is play eany-meany-miney mo -and pick 7 out a week and then I will be set
I don't have much else planned for today -but tomorrow Im going to have a "blitz" day and thoroughly bottom the spare bedroom -now THAT should burn some wobble, well thats the plan ;)
Right I will get back to my list making :p
Have a great day everyone and keep up the great work :D
