I like scan bran topped with first marmite, then quark or plain yog, then slices of beetroot and cucumber, it's really nice (well, except for the scan bran, that'll never be nice)

PS just googled pasta and yes, a lot of the recipes do include oil. One had 2 cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of oil, so that's quite a high ratio! Some don't have oil but I think they would soon dry out on a shop shelf, it'd be ok if you were making it and cooking it right away.

I think I could only handle dipping the cucumber into the marmite from that list :rotfl: beetroot!! brings back bad memories of Primary school dinners :o *shudders at the thought*

Im with you on the scan bran too....resembles chowing down on an old cardboard box :rotfl:

have an ee day, but have accidently consumed 2 hi far bars |(woops)so i think i will have 2 b's and no a's today

    bf- 2x hi fi bars
lunch- spag hoops, shape zero yogurt
    dinner- cod, poatoes, peas, sweetcorn

    syns- to be confirmed :)

why not continue with EE and syn one of the hifi bars. You really need to have your HEA because it's for calcium (either milk or cheese, or even more yog though it doesn't count as a HEA for some reason). Oh, and you haven't had any superfree yet either ... in fact to me you don't seem to have eaten much at all :(, course, that's by my standards ;)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

:o that doesnt look like a lot of food to me either  and no superfree fruit or veggies at all.

You can just use 6 syns for the extra HEB but you MUST have a HEA and definateley need to be having 1/3 superfree for the plan to work ;)

It didn't look like a lot of food to me when i wrote it either, i must have been working to hard today !!!!

I have since eaten a mars ice cream bar!!!! so thats 8.5 syns gone:eek:

Ill have to have some fruit later for super free, and i know it doesn't really count having 2 b's instead of an A (im just trying to redeem myself !!!).

Ill have to try and eat some fruit later to balance it all out :) I only have one eee day a week because i am not a great lover of fruit and veg !!!! usually i am green, i thought my peas and sweetcorn counted but now i realise they are not super free, doh

No either at class or at Holland and Barrett the health food shop - they are high fibre crisp breads that you either like or hate
