Hmm I've maintained again! Happy as I've lost half a stone so far but would like to drop a few more next week. I do eat a lot of fruit and veg but wondered if anyone had any tips for more superspeed stuff I could include? Eat a lot of broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots etc but clearly need more stuff! Thinking I'm going to make my mixed beam chilli next week too.
My consultant loved my chocolate eggy bread I posed here the other day and she is going to email it out!
Well done to all losers! X0 -

I put the Colman's Shepherd's Pie thru the syn calculator and it came up that for 50g it would work out at 7 Syns per package/portion on Green, Original or Extra Easy:eek:

Thanks for that aliscrapper. OMG  for the Shepherds pie mix, at least the mince was free, I was fairly sure it was going to have syns in it, that hopefully will go some way to balancing out the syns of the packet mix.

They have giant flask - thermos ones - on offer in Morrisons at moment. They must hold at least 1 litre, maybe 1.5l. They are £5 each. I did buy one today but left it on my work minibus so can't check the size for you, doh!

I don't do red days very often so struggle with them. I have some diced turkey in the freezer for my main meal. Has anyone got any good receipes I could use with the diced turkey. Thanks.0

So. Not quite sure what today's been. Apart from flexible!
I'm out at a two day meeting with another company. They're not quite clients, we don't have that sort of relationship but they are very keen to impress me.
Dinner tonight was good. I had mussels with chilli and spaghetti with fresh tomatoes. All good, SW friendly.
Now for the confessions
I had two small pieces of garlic bread, two glasses of white wine and two 330ml beers.
It was nommy food though, and unlike some of the party I won't have a hangover tomorrow. Deadly garlic breath, though...definately0 -
I just wanted to say I changed groups this week after only 9 weeks because I didn't like the group - it was very dreary rather than supportive. I am so glad I did the new group was more chatty, positive and gave advice - other one was just a moaning shop! And the new consultant as already given me more mid-week support in one week than the old one did in 9 weeks. Just little things like a motivational text last night about the weekend, a text after last weigh in congratulating me on loss and welcoming me to new group ! For the money we pay and the journey we are on I think you need to be 100% happy with group x0

Don't bother with packet mix. Fry onions (+garlic if available), add mince, then a couple spoons of gravy power, bit of hot water, stir and add more gravy/water as needed. Add herbs, peas, carrots etc as you like. Then you just syn for the gravy powder, 1 or 2 syns usually.0 -

Saw this and thought of you? There is a 20% off code underneath it too so it seems a good buy.
