    I am still at home this morning - after a 13 hour day on Tuesday I figured they owed me a morning off! I'm going to the hairdresser at 0930 then I'm off to Cardiff for another day and a half of meetings. Joy.

    Tonight I'll be dining out on someone else's hospitality so I have no idea where or what we'll be eating. So I guess I'd better keep my options open...

    I've just nommed a bacon and sausage sarnie. Well, not really, it was Quorn sausages and turkey rashers (both free, I think) on two small slices of wholemeal toast HEB. There may have been 2 syns worth of HP sauce involved :cool:. Milk in tea, as usual for my HEA.

    I've taken a chicken breast out of the freezer and I'll have that with the last of the salad in the fridge for an early lunch before I set off. So I could then go Red or Green later on, or even EE depending on what kind of restaurant I end up in later.

    I lost 1.5 pounds this week so a good start to my xmas challenge of getting back to target.

    I have my meals planned up until Sunday when Im eating out - not sure where yet but am trying to be careful wtih my syns.... to allow for this.

    Had pasta for tea last night with leftovers for lunch :j Can anyone tell me though ? I used 2x cartons of Te&co chopped tomatoes with basil (390g cartons). Are these free ? I know the olive oil one won't be but I can't seem to find the basil one ? I also used the dried pasta beginning with N? this is free also isnt' it ?

    my menu for today is (green)
    breakfast
    Hi fi bar (HEB) and pineapple (free)

    lunch - leftover pasta (free) (i hope) i cooked the pasta and served it with peppers, chestnut mushrooms, onion and cherry tomatoes and 2 x cartons of the chopped tomatoes with basil (as mentioned above).
    sprinkled with parmesan cheese (HEA)

    Tea is SW jacket chips and 85g ham (HEB) served with 3x fried eggs :o (mmmmmmmm) love jacket chips

    snacks and syns will be:

    options hot chocolate (2 syns)
    time out small 1 finger bar (4.5 syns if my memory serves me correct....)
    some sweet chilli sauce with my jacket chips:D

    canned tomatoes with or without herbs are free. i think it is only the ones with olive oil added that are synned.

    and as far as i know all dried pasta is free
  • WI this morning .. STS... I put it down to being ill. I had about 5 cups of ginger tea with honey yesterday and had toast too AHHHHHH. I'm not too bothered about the STS this week. Next week will be better.

    Today EE
    B - coffee, multivitamin drink (???). 2 ryvita (.5 B) cheese (A)
    L - H/made vegetable big soup (F)
    D - cottage pie (F) gravy (2) veggies (F)
    Snx - quark choc mousse (2) Rice pudding (3) ryvita (.5 B) cottage cheese (F)

    Our new fancy bed clothes duvet and pillows came yesterday lovely 400 thread count stuff (we have saved for these we're not rich LOL) it was a lovely nights sleep. The old duvet has now become the mattress topper so it's lovely and soft too.

    Off to watch 10 years younger then toddle to the shops for more ginger, onions and oranges in an attempt to kill this cold.

  • I lost a pound :) could have been better - could have been worse! :rotfl: Would have been more if Mr Dyno had visited earlier ;)

    I have CRAVED Dominoes for weeks, so after WI housemate and I went and had one :o At least it was one pizza between us rather than a large one each :p It went down so well with 1/2 a bottle of red and a dessert shared between us :o New day back on plan tomorrow :D

    Well done on the loss!:T Dominoes have a lot to answer for!:rotfl: Good idea tho to get rid of the craving on weigh in night!:)

    Morning all, I'm cold and tired today! Had a lovely sleep last night though, I wore my big fluffy welly socks from Joules and I was soooo cosy!!!!

    Aliscrapper - looking at your food diary I would have said you maybe need more superfrees but I may be wrong!!

    Today I'm having an EE day but will be having my weekly treat at teatime, not sure what it'll be yet though, I need to go to Morrisons on my way home from work.

    Brekkie - rice, yogurt, mixed berries
    Snack - grapes, fibre plus bar (HEB)
    Lunch - jacket potato, mackeral, salad, fat free dressing, salad cream (1), cheese slice (Part HEA, rest is milk in teas)
    Snacks - more fruit
    Tea - ?????
  • Hi all, what a cold morning it has been, nice to see the sun shining now thought, hopefully it will warm up a bit as I am freezing.

    It's my WI this evening, and I've noticed I've started getting a bit obsessive. I start thinking what clothes to wear that will make me weigh less, even going down to which underwear to wear, and wearing my hear down as a hear bobble will weigh more :eek: I'm sure this behaviour is not normal.

    Anyway had an odd week, there have been redundancies at my work place, I wasn't sure if my job was safe or not so was very up in the air, but funnily enough this spured on my healthy eating before I would have made it an excuse to pig out, and start again next week... However, my job is safe thank goodness and I have behaved all week.:T

    Well done to those that have lost, and hugs to those who have STS or gained. It is such a rollercoaster this losing weight lark,

    Am going to catch up on the last week.
