l- pasta, veg sauce - cheese( hea)
d, egg and cheese (heb) salad, salad cream( 1.5)
snacks - shape zero yogurt, wild and wippy bar(6), mini pack lovehearts (3?)
• EE day today. I have had;

Breakfast - 1 ryvita multigrain w. butter (1)
42g bran flakes (3) (HEB) & ss. milk (HEA)

Lunch - an apple, roast veg cup-o-pasta, WW yog & another apple

Tea - mashed potato, pea's and 1 sausage (5!)
WW toffee yog for afters

I'm tempted to make it green and syn the sausage, just because i'm really hungry and want cheese on toast with scrambled egg.

I just double checked the sausages, mine were the 30% less fat, so I would have thought they would be about 4/3.5 syns. But aliscrapper checked on the syn calculator for me and they came out at 5? I'm confuseeeeed!

Butchers choice, pork cumberland sausages, 8 pack, chilled, each – red 4.5 syns
Butchers choice, pork sausages, 50% less fat, 8 pack, chilled, each – red 2.5 syns

How many syns on green d'ya reckon the sausages I had would be?

BTW Weight Watchers yogs are BOGOF at Co-op @ £1.89

 I have stayed the same again... for the 2nd week running:mad:

I don't really understand why or how, but that is how it is......

Well done to everyone else who has lost... wish I could join you... next week is going to be a nightmare - going away to Plymouth at the weekend to meet OH, and this willinvolve eating out and many wines... then going to Mums for the rest of the week, that should be better although then the darling H has informed me we are going to London on 31st Oct for my Birthday.... HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I think waht else is annoying is that I am only 0.5lb off my half stone award...........

Moan over - apologies for being a moany moo;)

Owl x

have you gone through any food diarys to see if you've missed something? double check some syn values maybe? it might just be something silly like that affecting your loss.

Go to your places prepared! knock up some eating out syn info on word or something using syn values of your fave meals and eating places just so your more tempted to make a more informed choice :D

Hello

I think I might need your help.

There are nine weeks to Christmas and I REALLY need to lose some weight. I have no money to go back to SW but I have all the books and I can get the magazine.
I can no longer blame the baby weight (he's two now) and although I have no time to myself and I'm crap at controlling what I eat I'm going to try and lose 18lbs by Christmas Day.

I started today.
This morning I stood on the scales at 19 stone 9lbs
I would like that to change.

Welcome to the thread :D The weight you are today is just the beginning of your journey. Don't forget to take your measurements too for the inevitable weeks when you don't see a change on the scales - you will almost certainly see some inch loss which is even better IMO.

You want to change - you have the information to enable you to change, so off you go.....nothing can stop you if you're fully commited :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I know exactly where you are coming from - I put on 0.5 pound last week and had stuck to the Plan - all I can assume is that my portions were too large and hence the gain; as this has happened to me before.:(

I'm really scared of going to weigh in tomorrow even tho I've reduced the amount that I've eaten.:( We're right behind you - let us know how you get on.:)

Please don't reduce the amount you're eating or you may find it has the opposite effect to what you want. If you don't eat enough, your body can go into survival mode and hang on to every last calorie.

Up your intake of superfree foods, make sure you drink plenty of water and you'll be fine :)

PS: double check that you're weighing and/or measuring everything that needs to be weighed or measured (HEs and syns) and triple check that the things you're eating as a HE really are on the lists as a HE.

Am so tired, am fed up getting up in night to go to loo . I think I have an overactive bladder :o, I don't drink much anyway and try not to have any drink after 4pm but I still get woken up in pain from needing to go. I think its the bowl of fruit I have of an evening but I need that for my superfrees :o.

Anyway food today:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, cc loaf, toms, activia
T - sw chips, cc loaf, egg, beans, oil spray [2], t/sauce [1]
Snacks - cc loaf, beans. Apple, pineapple, melon, onken, meringue [2.5]
Syns - 5.5s
Seems a lot of cc loaf but its cut into fairly small wedges.

Am proud Mum again today as my son ref'd his 1st tag rugby tournament today and did very well. The kids were years 5 & 6 [I work in a primary so know what this age can be like] and he managed them very well. He had 1 dispute with a lad over a try but just said 'I'm the ref' and the lad accepted it and appologised. Rugby is such a polite game compared to football :D:D:D:D:D. So not bad for a 16 year old :T.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thanks Consultant. This is what I eat today which is a typical day for me. I have double checked my HE last night and religiously weigh my cereal and cheese every day. All three meals generally have superspeed in them more than anything else but I still find I gain some weeks when my portions are bigger. Any guidance would be gratefully received.

Breakfast: 1 oz Kelloggs Fruit & Fibre & 1 scan bran ( b choice) , 6 blackberries & muller light yogurt
Snack: Weetabix Oaty Bar (b choice) & King Velvet crisps (4 syns)
Lunch: Home Made tomato soup (pasatta, baked beans, carrot, veg oxo and Worcester sauce and chilli powder)
Snack: Mini Mars (4 syns) & apple
Evening Meal: Pasta Bake (2 oz cheese – 2 x a choice), courgette, pasatta, dried pasta, onion, peppers) & Muller light yogurt
Snack: King Velvet crisps (4 syns)

My total syns for today are 12 but I have 2 syns left from the rest of the week.
