First weigh in and -1.5 lbs (although first weigh in i had started dieting a week before i started sw), so i think i am happy with this !!!
So this week i think i am going to cut down to 1 hea and 2 heb instead of 2 of each (green days most days). I am also going to try and shift my backside and do some excercise !!

Afternoon, just back from hospital with LO and i'm starving, early dinner i think. Thankfully it was quite good news, surgeon says it is probably muscular - all instrumentation is still where it is meant to be so no surgery:j but no doing that <
. She needs to rest for a bit and not do too much.

Not eaten much today, 21g all bran, alpen bar (B), FF activia (0.5) and 2 nanas.
Have some SW chips and a quorn burger in the oven (2.5) for the burger and 1 for some ketchup, will have it on a WM roll(B) and will put some cheese on the chips for my other A.

    So 2A + 2B and 4 syns so far.

Sorry to hear you're feeling crap dizzy, watch out for those ninja nanas, i've heard they can be dangerous...
