Have you tried the Morrisons Eat Smart Pork Sausages?? They're only 0.5 syn a sausage on a red day!:D They're very popular so if we manage to get hold of some; we usually grab a few packets and put them in our freezer0 -

I don't have a Morrisons or an Asda near me so I cant get them :-(
I really like the Tesco healthy sausages at 1syn, but the express we have in Sheffield doesn't stock themwahhhhh!
I only have a sainsbury's and a co-op to buy food from really, and they're not big supermarkets, i suppose there is a Waitrose I could go to, but it's not particurly pocket friendly :-( Should probably start doing online food shops but the OH is against them for some reason, I think its something to do with living in a flat in front of a main road and he thinks there would be nowhere for the delivery van to park. There is, I just think he's overreacting lolSlimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

. She needs to rest for a bit and not do too much.
Not eaten much today, 21g all bran, alpen bar (B), FF activia (0.5) and 2 nanas.
Have some SW chips and a quorn burger in the oven (2.5) for the burger and 1 for some ketchup, will have it on a WM roll(B) and will put some cheese on the chips for my other A.
So 2A + 2B and 4 syns so far.
Sorry to hear you're feeling crap dizzy, watch out for those ninja nanas, i've heard they can be dangerous...
That's good news about your daughter not needing surgery!:D I'm absolutely starved but unfortunately DH doesn't get home until
6 pm; so think I might go munch on some fruit. Really struggling with the Plan today for some reason.:(0 -

That's a shame.:( We're very lucky where we live as far as supermarkets are concerned.
I do shopping on-line but not thru choice; more thru necessity with not having a car and not being able to carry too much weight.:( I find that sometimes they give you items with short shelf lifes or in some instances we've had stuff delivered with that day's date on it. They also pack loads of stuff in one bag and one item in another! We've tried Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda but they all seem to be as bad as each other unfortunately.:(0 -
Just looked up on the SW website to see what Co-op had to offer in the way of low syn sausages and it came up with the following:
Co-op British Pork Sausages, Reduced Fat, 8 pack, chilled 50g each
2 Syns on Extra Easy
Original 2 Syns
Green 4½ Syns
Co-op Healthier Choice, Pork Sausages, 8 pack, chilled 57g each
2 Syns on Extra Easy
Original 2 Syns
Green 4½ Syns

Incredibly worrying, i have been so stressed all day! If there had been a problem she would probably have been in surgery tomorrow, on top of that i have an important exam tomorrow:eek: Have been very good and not used the stress as an excuse to go off plan. Making up for the pizza yesterday:o
Quick question - does anyone have an Actifry? Are they worth the money? The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Well seing as it was only yesterday, I wouldn't have thought it would affect your loss too much this week. Keep to plan for the rest of the day and im sure one blip will be okay.
oooh, thanks aliscrapper! I'll have to keep an eye out for those sausages at co-op.

Now here's a poser, I absolutely love trifle and I'm looking for a SWish trifle recipe for christmas. So far managed to cut syns by replacing regular jelly with the sugar free stuff and not noticed too much difference, does anyone know which custard is the least synful and wether i'm better using real cream or scooshy cream?
Completely taking out the cakey layer and doing a layer of chopped strawberries and bananas instead to cut more syns.0
