I was initially coming on here to ask for help about how to avoid the delicious buffet food in the office that a chap who is leaving has bought in, but another chap (who is well known for not washing his hands after gonig to the toilet) has just come over and put his dirty paws all over the food so bizarrely I don't fancy any of it anymore! :rotfl:I've already nommed 9 syns worth of falafel too!
I haven't been too good with eating my free foods - I have eaten loads of superfree foods however but I think if I have some more carby free foods I will feel more full up. Can anyone suggest something quick, easy and vegetarian to put on pasta to make a chilled pasta salad? I have mixed cold pasta with a small tin of sweetcorn and some fat free vinegrette dressing which is nice but I could do with more suggestions please - thank you0 -
Morning all,
Came across your great thread as after trying to fasten my coat last night and realising i cant walk in it as that tight round my hips I need to do something and quickly! I lost 3 stone last year doing WW as was getting married and think have put about stone and a half back on (by my guestimation i might add!). I have previously done SW but just wondering if you wonderful people can offer me a refresher into the what healthy a's and b's are. I know simple answer is to rejoin but having recently moved etc money is a bit tight so was going to try giving it a go myself!!

Helloooo Peeps
Silly sod here went and food poisoned herself I think yesterdayI was mightily poorlied and didnt know 'which end to put on the loo first' ALL DAY
BIG STOOOOOOPID here was still not feeling very 'foody' and decided that the cold pudding rice sitting in the fridge would be much nicer if it was a 'bit' warmer so I nuked it a bit to take the chill off and then stirres a muller through........mmmmm now it wasnt till I was in full blown puking phase that from the depths of my memory I remembered reading somewhere??? *never ever ever reheat rice unless its piping hot cos you can get food poisoning!!!* or something like that
Anyway the sick monster has left the building....but has left behind a complaining tum and trouble swallowing again today from throwing up  My morning nana felt like it had razor blades in it - Im going to try some scrambled egg later and hope that just feels like its got the shell still onx x
