 Well folks -hubby has to go to a mess do this evening -so he declared that he wanted the leftover pasta dish for his lunch flask today and the leftover potato n onion layer warming up for his dinner tonight ... so thats him dealt with ... and so Im having a green day...which looks like this:- ... and so Im having a green day...which looks like this:-- 250ml semi (A)

 Dizzy -how many syns are your coffee drink thingies? only I use my heAof 250ml cold semi milk and add 1tsp camp coffee (0.5syn) .... and its nomnomnom
 I need to order some more new bras today... I have only had these about 8 weeks but the band is now to big and so I need some newbies... think Im going to order a couple in the size lower too -save faffing about *watch me skip that size* :rotfl:

            Muller lights are 2 multipacks of 6 yogurts for £3 at Asda at the moment according to their website!:D Doesn't say how long the offer is going on for.:(0

            Does anyone know how many syns Nestle Milkybar Buttons Minis are - they're on buy one get one free at Tesco! A 30g bag is 8 syns according to the SW website but I suspect the mini bag is less in weight??0

 Never got chance to get online yesterday. Was my wi and i lost another 1lb:j. I now weigh 11st 1lb. So my aim for my next wi is to weigh 10st summat. Not been in my 10st summats since before i had my first ds nearly 4yrs ago.

            bored today, no fruit left in house. 1/2 an hour till dh is home then i can go to mr t's and get me some pepsi max and restock the fruit bowl.
 just seen sainsburys have laughing cow light on offer 16 for £1 so will try and get some of those tommorow0
