Thanks for letting us know about the Ben & Jerry's small tub of cookie dough ice-cream - would be lovely in front of the TV this weekend - haven't seen the small tubs - where did you get yours?? Thanks:beer:
 Thanks,
The Ben & Jerry tubs are from Tescos - atm they are 4 for £5 - a little on the expensive side but they are good & perfect for a weekend treat!
Very annoyed - put on 1lb this week  Darn those fairies - i reckon the binge on sunday ruined my chances of loosing - but i have also had toilet problems - why is it i can never go on WI morning but as soon as i have weighed & got home - i go!
Never mind - this week i am totally focused - brought some tic tacs at shopping last night so if i feel like a fairy is hovering i will pop one of those!
Also brought alot of veg - some with nice yellow stickers! Quorn & mushroom chow mein tonight! mmmm & will stick a butternut squash in the oven tonight aswell...mmmmmm yum
Are runner beans ok to put into a chow mein? Never been a green/runner bean type of person! :rotfl:
Consultant31 - is it time for a change of scenery yet? :rotfl:0

I put Kingsmill in the syns on-line and it didn't have a syn value for the 50/50 medium sliced.:(
If you let me know have the nutritional information per 100g for fat, calories, protein and carbohydrate and weigh me 1 slice of bread in grams; I will put it thru the syn calculator for you.:)0
