about two litre's maybe more? I have a water filter in the fridge so my drinks are always really cold. I also hold my drink and that makes me drink it faster. I always put squash in though, I go through a bottle of juice a week  hmmm, I think i'll get one now!Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR
Total loss so far = 10lbs / 25lbs0 -
Hi everyone,
Not been on the forum lately, as been mega busy. Still enjoying SW, and totally enjoying my meals and snacks etc and been sticking to plan.
Having said that, got my second WI tomorrow and not sure which way the scales will go! At the weekend I ran my first half marathon :j and on the way round the course I drank a couple of gloucose drinks, then had a roast afterwards - was a red day, but did have 1 roastie, 1 yorkshire, and gravy. But, only had fresh fruit and porridge during the rest of the day. I'm hoping that the fact that I ran 13 miles will counteract the energy drinks! We'll see!
Thnks for all the tips on the thread as always,

Thank you yes, I think I could - but I seem to recall the plan saying one or two HEAs...is that right? If I didn't eat the rest of the other HEA would it still count? Argghh!
Anyway - looks like today may have to go EE after all. The gammon steak is 156g raw - so that's 2 x HEB on its own:eek:....and it's not all that big.....perhaps this is where I was going wrong?
So I shall load up on the veggies to try and make up the 1/3 superfree. I had half salad, half pasta at lunchtime and three pieces of fruit - so overall that's about right for the day isn't it?

Any ideas of what I can take to work for lunch other than sandwiches, salads or pasta salads? I am really struggling at the moment with lunches.
Only lost 1lb in my first week and really hoping for somethign better next week.0 -
Evening all
A good day for me. I was knackered at the end of the work and really didn't fancy the gym. Normally I park in the gym car park for work to encourage me to go, but it was full today so I had to park in the work car park, which is a 2 minute walk from the gym. But due to the fact that the work car park gets locked at 5.30pm I had to drive all the way round the one-way system (5mins drive!) just to get there! :rotfl: But I still went and did my workout, and upped the levels on the bike.
Green day:
B - oats (HEB) and ff yog
L - SF HM celery soup
D - pasta and HM SF tomato sauce, cheese (2 x HEA)
Snacks - banana, jelly (0.5syns), LF creme fraiche (1.5syns), apple, fibre + (HEB)
Drinks - water, coffee, NAS squash, fizzy water
Exercise - 45mins in gym
Total syns = 2
I still have loads of syns left and haven't actually eaten my fibre + or jelly/creme fraiche yet!

That was me, glad you liked it:D Mine always looks reasonably appetising.
Had a good day foodwise today - WI yesterday and i had put on 1lb which isn't a surprise.

If you have access to a microwave then the world is your oyster! Soup, jacket spud, leftovers etc. If not then things like couscous or rice salads add variation to pasta salad. mugshots are handy snack if you have a kettle.

Thanks autumnflower I always fill a pint glass and down that in one go (I promise Im not a geezer bird lol) but its harder in the cold weather to make sure I drink enough. Although I have heard the colder the water the better because your body has to work hard to warm it? As I mentioned in a previous post I am drinking lots of green tea Im not sure if it is helping with weight loss but it warmer :rotfl:
