Dizzy - hope all goes well with your appointment and you feel a bit better.
Was back at the gym for the first time since my ear infection, and it was hard but I'm glad I went!
Just had a jacket pot with a 'look what I found' beef casserole, I put some vlf cottage cheese in the potato, and it was lovely!
Have to tidy up for the cleaner coming tomorrow!

    Evening everyone

Had my weigh in and have lost 1.5lbs :T very happy with that

our consultant is on holiday so we had a different lady this week who was really nice, gave some good advice to a few people who were having yoyo weeks. I have asked for another food diary sheet as I dont feel ready to not be filling one in, I find having everything written down helpful for keeping track

Well done on all the losses :)

Well the gnochi from the World of Flavours book was disappointing. The sauce etc was great, really tasty, but the gnocchi themselves were soggy and a bit tasteless. I have made potato gnochi before but used flour with the mashed potato, I suppose this would help "dry" the potato, but very syn-laden! The only thing is I left it in a low oven for over an hour because OH's plans changed, so that may not have helped. Never mind!

My syn free hummus was popular tonight - friend loved it, we went for the carrot batons with it, only had 2 breadsticks. Tried wheat use to be a fave of mine - crisps - tortilla ones but only had 2 and thought they were oily so not keen - first crisps in a month and did not like them - progress for me!

    W.I tomorrow night!

Weigh in at 5:30pm tonight, I always get nervous this time of the week :D

    Not a bad result - I lost 4lb tonight.

That's 2 stone, 10.5lbs in 12 weeks. Not bad, wanted to lose 3 stone in these three months but I'm happy with the progress. I'm lifting weight and measuring strength too, so I know it's not muscle being lost which is a huge, huge danger on any of the 'plan' diets.

I can see great tone in my back, shoulders and calves as a result of the split training I'm doing in the gym - I prefer that than the weight loss :D:rotfl:
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
