Yes it is a vibration plate thingy - I did google it and it does say not to eat an hour before or an hour after so it may be that was your problem. x

well i didnt eat before i used it and I couldn't eat afterwards, I was so queasy I didnt have dinner that day! Lol. my OH was laughing that it's the perfect diet coz I couldn't eat til the next day. tut tut.

It is def good tho - i could feel my arm and leg muscles ache - i think the sickness would have gone away if i'd kept going, but i moved away and my new gym doesn't have one.

ooh not all the flavours are free though
i was merrily eating the creamy cheese ones and didnt realise that they are 2 syns until my friend told me off!

    cheese and ham is 3.5
    chicken and mushroom is 2
    chicken and veg is 2
    thai noodle is 0.5
chicken and mushroom cous cous is 2
tomato and veg cous cous is 1

    the free ones;
minestrone is free (and imo the nicest)
    roast chicken is free
    tomato and herb is free
    chicken noodle is free
    chow mein is free
spicy sweet and sour noodle is free (but disgusting lol)

thanks for that, I didnt realise there was so many flavours, I have only seen the free ones to buy, I had the spicey sweet and sour one for lunch and thought it was nice :rotfl:

I am still not eating breakfasts :( Today I saw my GP and we have decided to stop one of my meds and see if it makes a difference.

I had tinned plum tomatoes on rye bread at 11.30 and a fried egg at 3.30 today so I am getting closer to breakfast time.

Bettyb I would hate the vibration plate. It would stop me eating too.

WI is tomorrow but as I am the book and key holder I may cancel as I think I may be the only one there. Ours is a healthy eating group, we pay 50p each for the use of the room. Very MSE.
