Hi Guys I'm a new Claire too :-)
I joined yesterday and have over a stone to lose.
Been reading the books and getting to know what i can and can have on EE. One thing i can't find is squash. as in Orange or blackcurrant squash or Vimto?all sugar free? are they classed as juice? that bits confusing!
also someone a day or so back wrote about 'carbonara' Does anyone have a good reccomendation for one i could make?
Well done to every one who has lost as I've been reading for a while and even those who maintain or occasionally put on seem to be trying really hard so good on you.
look forward to regularly reading this thread

hello. quick post to share my menu for today. :j Im not sure until I get home whether I am having a green or a red day ! so I have remained neutral for lunch and breakfast. Here are my choices....
Breakfast was meant to be my melon, pineapple and pink grapefruit EXCEPT I left this at home. Id been to the supermarket on my way to work so had red grapes and 2 x alpen lights (6 syns) instead.
Lunch has been a 400g tin Heinz Lentil Soup (300g = HEB plus 2.25 syns for the extra 100g) served with some HEB friendly wholemeal bread which I toastedsoup sprinkled with HEA option of parmesan and seasoned with smoked paprika :A
not sure what I fancy for tea yet....0
