I think 0.1% counts as syn-free in both yogurt and cottage cheese. I'm sure I've seen the yogurt in Aldi's but the cottage cheese in Asda is far more expensive than other varieties.0

Going to be another green day today.
First thing - Coffee

Snack - Apple, mug HM lentil soup
Lunch - Dry fried scrambled eggs with a splash of milk, SW chips and beans. I'm half way through this and stuffed!

Enjoying my food today, felt so crap on my 2 off days:( I really do feel better when i'm eating this way:D
Also aiming to drink 1L of water every day. I know it is not enough but i'm upping it gradually! The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I found this confusing too as even the latest books say use Low Calorie squashes but when I went to look they are now all marketed as 'no added sugar'. I asked my consultant and she said NAS are fine.
I'm a huge fan of meal planning but not a huge fan of lunch. I tend to make sure I've plenty of stuff in for a variety of breakfasts (eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, cereal, kippers, baked beans etc) and plan my evening meals. Through the day I've just been snacking on fruit but if really starving have had a tin of sardines with pickled cabbage or beetroot. I'm on EE so after I've had a slice of bread (from a normal loaf) or milk on cereal and kept some milk for drinks there's not much left to worry about with HEs for the rest of the day:rotfl:0 -
Thanks for that!!! water drives me mad all day!!! x0

I signed up on minimins today as well - it looks really good for keeping a food diary and things0

I like minimins for basic information but the site does my head in a bit - everyone's siggies are so long they are a bit distracting.
I have just had a Lidl version of a ryvita (3 are a HEB) - they are nice but my goodness when i bit into it a cloud of dust appeared! Made me chuckle thinking of Little Britain's weight loss club - she would have approved of these!!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Afternoon all,
Been swimming this morning and they have a new machine in there called FLABELOS. I vaguely remember someone way back mentioning it but had no idea what it was.
Any opinions on it. The claims are that it helps weight loss, helps inch loss and also tones (which is what I need badly). I am maintaining my target weight (well 3lbs within the limit!) but have put my wish to get the 3lbs below target by Christmas on the Christmas tree. I thought this might help. What do you all think?0 -
Hi all, WI tonight, I missed the last 2 and haven't been great so I'm not looking forward to it!!! I'm doing green today:
Brekkie - rice/yogurt/mixed berries/banana
snack - pear
Lunch - lentil & veg soup/6 crackerbreads (HEB)/2 laughing cow blue cheese(HEA)/jelly(0.5)
Tea - stir fry veg/noodles/prawns(HEB)/soy sauce/sweet chilli sauce 2
Can anyone tell me how many of the blue cheese laughing cows you get for a HEA?0 -

Is it a vibration plate? I used one of those once but I felt really ill afterwards (made my tummy all juggly and i felt sick) but it def does make your body work and your muscles ache the next day. good for toning up - my old personal trainer used to swear by it.
Lisa- the dark blue (regular) or light blue (light)??Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
