Has anyone noticed an increased hair loss since doing Slimming World? I've been quite concerned at a big increase in the amount of hair I loose when washing it and when I check my diary its since I started Slimming World
Skin seems better, less spots but the hair thing is horrendous !0 -

we had this discussion in class last night actually. a lady was eating loads of lentil and parsnip soup thinking it was superfree but again neither of those are and she wasnt loosing weight.
I've been eating loads of lentil soup - it is free on green though isnt it? Its HM stock, lentils, swede, leeks and carrots. Really hope its free because i love it!The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
10 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 10 Syns per package/portion on Green 31 Syns per package/portion on Original
Would love someone to check this though, first time I have used the calculator so not sure if I have done it right, it asked if there was any free food?? so I selected fresh uncooked pasta then put all the details in on the per serving tab
sorry bettyb not sure how accurate this is, without adding the free food bit it was coming out at 31 syns on all plans which I didnt think would be right0 -

Thanks. No worries about being 100% accurate, I'll only have a tiny bit and give my OH 2/3rds of the packet, then load my plate up with tom sauce and veg.
Could you do me a favour and just see if there is any other spinach and riccotta tortellini listed (tescos or sainsbury's own, for example) - then maybe I can just use that as a guide
thanksBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

however the swede, leeks and carrots are superfree so i think that combo would be fine on ee anyway
I am not sure how the green plan works so cant really advise you on that sorry
(ps - baby sweetcorn IS superfree)0 -
