Does anyone find that eating all that fruit and veg has made a difference to your skin? Mine is so much better! Someone even told me in sword fighting tonight that I look younger:j:j
The men in sword fighting tonight told me I look like I've lost weight, now, if MEN notice weight loss then I must be losing! Most men don't notice things like that do they?!0 -

Well I got asked for I.D in M&S to buy a mini bottle of red wine and I'm 37:rotfl:must be the fruit and vege! My skin is not as dry and my hair seems to have more shine too:)
And No men don't seem to notice weight loss, as one man I work with, when asked how his OH's diet was going says "I dont know, I'm a man and I hate diet talk"Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Morning All,
Not a happy bunny today - put on 1/2lb last night!
But i spose i did eat more than i would have done on a monday!
But still really disappointed - i had a really good week!
So the fairies attacked me last night - i ate a tub of ben & jerrys cookie dough - small tub 15syns! then had a cadburys hot pudding thing which i have just looked up and it is 20syns!!!
Back on the straight and narrow today - i CANNOT give up - i know it works, just need to stick with it!
Going for success express for most of the week - well. . . . going to follow the rule of 2/3rds superfree - but i will still be on green days - it makes sense to me!
I might even go fast forward if i feel the need to and have everything in the cupboard!

I've decided i'm having a green day today just for a change:p
B - porridge and nana (heb,hea)
L - hm carrot and corriander soup, ww yog and apple
T - quorn chilli and sw wedge melt yum:D (hea for cheese)
S - i've saved 1 heb so either will have 2 alpen light or 2 ryvita and vlf soft cheese also need to have a few syns not sure what yet tho.£387.39/£196.46

Over the last 3 months i have actually gained 3lbs - at one time i had lost 4st 2.5lbs - now i have only lost 3st 10lbs
It is just annoying when you have some good weeks and it doesn't show!

I havent been to wi for a couple of weeks, I'm going tomorrow. Unfortunately I've gotten back into the habit of snacking late at night and at work. Last night I had crisps, chocolate and horlicks before bed, didn't want them, wasn't hungry just craved them. When I weighed myself at my friends the other day, I think I had lost 3 pounds but now I'll be lucky if it's a pound. I'm so annoyed with myself - I do keep remembering what someone said a while ago 'is that chocolate bar worth it, or do you want to be slim'? But it's just not working right now. I guess it's because I can't see that I've lost weight and don't feel it's working, even though I know it is!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

You are doing amazing well though, try to look at the woods and not the trees, Ok so you have had some small gains but over all you have done fantastically well. Hang in there, don't ruin what you have achieved so far.
