Hi everyone,
I have almost completed my first week of slimming world. I have really enjoyed it actually, finding it takes a bit of planning ahead with meals and new products, but I am getting my head around it. I am doing red days and green days - not on Exta Easy yet. Part of the reason why I'm enjoying it is because I'm never hungry really! I eat plenty (of free foods) at meal times, and like to snack on fruit anyway, so that that's good, or I have more free foods or my HE allocations (totally loving the alpen choc and nut bars btw, lush!).
My concern is, and I'm sure it's a common one, how am I going to loose weight when I'm eating so much?! I don't feel any different so really, I am not expecting a weight lose this week, in fact, I'm scared I'm going to have put some on! I have about 2 stone to loose . I think I'll feel reassured when I hand in my food diary in class this week, to get a second opinion if it really is all ok!
When you first started, did any of you have the same concerns, and did it have a happy ending?!
Thanks so much,
Bob Cat xx

OOOOOHHHHHHH nooooooooo, !!!!!!
Thank you for that dizzyk. I hadn't been synning them!!!!!! I just didn't realise they weren't 'light'!! But, I think it's ok, as on the days I have had them, I have had one of those with a 'choc and orange light' one - I've checked my syns on my food diary on those days, and the daily total still comes in at under 15 syns. Luckily, my syns on the other days are under 10, so should still be on target overall for the whole week.
Thanks again for pointing that out to me!!
It is my first week, so I hope to be excused at not knowing everything yet!!

Good afternoon everyone
Well done Mrs M and G&B on your losses! :T
Im going EE today
Bfast - Activia yoghurt, apple and satsuma
Lunch - Roast chicken, Roast potatoes and carrots (in frylight) with a yorkshire pudding, steam veg and gravey
Dinner - not sure Il bother as will prob be full from roast but got plenty of fruit
Snacks - not sure, may save HEB for a hifi bar tonight or use it as olive oil to cook the yorkshire pudding in, the milk in it will be from my HEA so then Im thinking Il just need to syn a bit of flour for it??
Hope you all have a good day0
