Hi-Sainsburys have very helpful lists of foods for people with intolerances on their site, although it's a bit of a nightmare trying to put it together with the SW requirements, but it can be done-I hope!! Don't touch Quorn, it's got wheat in it.0

Gizmo Im looking in the directory and the prawn/garlic/noodle is 5 as is chicken in black beans so I would think it prawns in black bean would be 5 as well. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Thanks Bexstars,
Yep, I'm feeling more full and satisfied like you said, but so much so, I don't always have all my healthy extras as I'm already full up. I do try and incorprate them into my meals, but on a couple of days this week, I haven't had 4 HEs, just 3. Do we HAVE to have all of them - sometimes I don't have all my sins either, think thats more due to the fact that I've given up booze for 6 weeks tho, so I do envisage that will change after next week weekend!!!
Hope you are all having a good weekend.

If you can, try to have at least one of each healthy extras just to ensure your getting enough calcium and fibre, I like to try and save my HEB till evening and have a hifi bar which Im finding curbs my sweet tooth but things like having a small wholemeal roll with some soup for lunch or having weetabix for breakfast will use it up nicely, hope this helps0 -
Funily enough I was flicking through the directory and noticed refried beans are free on all plans :j
Havent bought these recently as presumed high syn.
Tonight is mexican (style) peppers, onions mushrooms courgette stirfried with mexican spices and a slip of passata, with black beans, rice and taco shells (2.5 each)
However the rest of the junk Ive been eating has been not so goo but less said about that the better. I think im going to broadly follow (!!) the plan for the next week or so but I have a lot on and no time to cook or shop at all so if I dont have it in the house we arnt eating it.
I think the refried beans i my buritto or quesadilla (cant spell it!) were the low fat bit - reckon the 2 huge wraps, sour cream and guacamole dip and cheese must of been awful and to have it with fries too - oh dear wont go back to my old ways again - am convered now:rotfl:Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Skintslimmer-have you been tested for Coeliac disease-so many people suffer & don't get diagnosed? I think the bread for us lot is foul'but the pasta is quite good so long as you don't overcook it. Risottos are good. what's wrong with the microwave?0

is there a recipe thread anywhere, i have looked but can't find it, (if it does indeed exist)
Thankyou0 -
Hurrah-another Coeliac-any tips please? How are you doing on SW?0
