I have decided that Pizza Express is off limits for me for now!

lol, i literally live next door to a pizza express! I can see in the window from here:p I have lived here 7 years and eaten there maybe 5 or 6 times which is pretty restrained i think. Once when i was in labour:o Sent my dad down for a pizza as i was starving and it was New Years day and no shops were open:rotfl:

  • Takeiteasy, I'm so sorry to hear what happened to you. I hope they get it all sorted really quickly. Must have been an awful scary experience.

On the water debate, I drink between 2 and 3 1/2 litres of water a day, that doesn't include tea or soft drinks. It's spread throughout the day and the main reason for me drinking so much water is due to the yoga class I do. You sweat so so much and if you are not hydrated enough, you just die lol.

Drinking the water tho has made me aware of how dehydrated I was before I started the yoga and I now notice if I'm dehydrated. Sometimes drinking the water can be a struggle but it's worth it.

Hurray for Fridays... I don't work on Fridays. I really appreciate my days off now I am back at work.

So this weekend with OH in the UK I need to get organised for next week so... Batch cooking... lesson planning.... house cleaning... sewing (need to make some cushion covers that I STILL haven't done) and sewing for some christmas presents - 4 crayon rolls for 2 little girls and 2 little boys.

    Foodtime... Green day

    B - 2 ryvita (0.5B) cheese triangle (0.5A) ham (1) tomato (F)
    L - Leek & Potato soup (F)
    D - Thai green prawn curry (B, 0.5A, 1) Rice (F) Veggies in the curry too (F)
    Snx - 2 ryvita (0.5 B) cheese triangle (0.5A) Rice pudding (0.5A)

The soup I will make a big pot of and eat ALL of it throughout the day too.

MrsM - I'd be interested to hear about your new recipes too. I did the same and went through my books to find inspiration. I'll post if I make anything good to pass on.

Have a fab day everyone xxx

beachbeth - a bit off topic, but is that your pug in your pic? It's sooooo cute! i really want one!

She is my 4 year old Pug. She is gorgeous and very naughty at times! I also have another girl Pug who is 6 months younger and she is a delightful little dog. They are energetic and enjoy their walks and like to be 'busy' with you (ie. helping to dig the garden! Lol). I would recommend a Pug to anyone, they have such super personalities and not a nasty bone in their body.

    Morning ladies
Well done on the losses again ladies :T
Takeiteazy -so sorry you are having a rough time... thieving littles gitts  hope it is sorted soon.

I will post any of the recipes I do that I reckon are worth it.. Im going to go through some more magazines today (I have loaaaads) and see what else I can find... Im on the search for some more Green day recipes ;)

I was up n about early-ish this morning -so much so that I set off to the supermarket at 7:45 -and was back for 8:45 .... It was a lovely fresh walk -even if I had to past the blinkin bakery :hello: they open at 6am here ... anyway I have got the bits I wanted to tide me over until Monday (assuming hubby is home)!!
I picked up some frozen cherries to try and some more raspberries nomnomnom ....
I also picked up a German brand of cheese triangles -a light version -some plain some ham and some paprika nomnomnom-only 99c for 8x31.5g triangles... I have woked out the syns and then compared them to the laughing cow light etc and worked out that I can have 3 as a healthy extra -which is plenty as they are much bigger than the others -plus I struggle to use 5 laughing cow lite -and they are more expensive ;)

Im going green today and it looks like this:-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • banana
    • plums
    • jacket potato
    • cottage cheese
    • salad
    • frozen raspberries/cherries/blueberries
    • activia intensly - classic (2.5)
    • 50g (dry weight) pasta
    • 3 cheese triangles (B)
    • onions
    • leeks
    • peas
    • sweetcorn
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • fibre plus (B)
Now thats 2A+Bs but only 3.5 syns so I will see if I need any more later!!
Im really looking forward to my cheesy pasta again :D

Have a lovely day all :D

They are not at all girly. He will change his mind should you get one. I have 4 Cavalier King Charles and they are far more girly. My OH doesn't mind taking the Pugs for a walk at all. They are a big dog in a little body.
