Sorry gals for having a moan but I'm absolutely gutted!! I've stuck to plan for 17 weeks and never had a gain...until today. Not even on star weeks.
I know it's only half a pound I gained but I was well chuffed with my achievement until today. I just don't know where I've gone wrong....
Okey..maybe I do but I cant see how it made a difference.
I slightly cut down on fruit and veg because the seasons and prices have changed and my bank balance is low at the moment.
I've still counted my sins and not gone over. I've eaten slimming world recipes and alternated my food so I didn't stick to the same over and over.

Tomorrow is another day, upwards and onwards and all that... but I broken the chain and I'm afraid now of future failures :(

Looks ok, but on EE a 1/3 of your plate should be superfree with every meal.

To me, with this menu, you're better off going green. Everything you have down is free on green basically.

Use your HeA & Heb for your breakfast as planned, use a second Heb as tuna (sorry, not sure of exact weight) and you can have an extra Hea choice. Add some extra salad or fruit where you can, plenty of fluid and an evening treat of 6 syns and you've got an ideal green day.

If you are eating so little meat in a day, it's best to go green IMHO!

    Good luck!

Thanks blackberry I'll bear that in mind trouble is I'm not a chocolate girl or sweet tooth my " treat" would be a glass if red and it's too tempting to open a bottle!!! I allow myself a glass or two at the weekend

Awwww syns don't have to be obviously sinful stuff - look in the back of your book and there are about 15 pages of syns! Have extra bread or cheese if that's what you like (most healthy extras can be used as syns if you want more of them), or some butter or olive oil on your lunch. Just a leeeeeetle treat to keep your "Boiler stoked" as Lynz says :)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

aloha everyone. hope you're all well. not feeling so great today, had waxing 'til late at college last night, now at work and due to start my swedish massage course tonight, repeat again tomorrow but with a different subject in the evening. starting to think i've bitten off more than i can chew. should really be studying just now but trying to relax before 9am start by reading the news (well, the entertainment section of the news). miss ex-OH, missing the support and telling me that things are going to be okay!!!

    Extra easy today;
    b - muller, fruit salad
l - undecided, probably a boiled egg salad from the shop
d - seafood medley, egg noodles and stir fried veg (although we'll see if i can be bothered making this at 10pm tonight!)

I need to stop wingeing and get on with things! x

  • Morning all,
Hope Dizzy has had a good night. Good luck to newbies on their first week on plan. I weighed at home this morning and if I could have gone straight away to class in my nighty I would be back within my target range (just) so I really have got to be careful today cos I don't weigh until 5.30. Even if I only lose a pound it'll be better than nothing but we'll see!!! I'm off swimming this morning so hopefully that will help (at least I can't eat in the water!!!!)

    Have a good day!
