Goodness, can't imagine anything worse than taking pictures of myself in my bikini, though looking at photos of myself at the moment has been spurring me on to keep going. Maybe I should have one on the fridge door
Yeah, something worse would be to post it on MSE as the eternal avatar:eek:
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Well, after a summer of eating - all the time - I gave up and joined a SW group this morning! I lost all my weight last year just with this forum's support and have been lurking and commenting occasionally ever since BUT I have just not been able to hold on to it. I thought I need some new inspiration. (I got to my target on 21st December last year, so you can see where it all began to go wrong!)
Dizzy, hope you're ok can't believe what you have been through and still making jokes about it. Well done to all losers, welcome newbs and general good luck to everyone.
Hugs to all feeling down, I know there a few of us around.
Mrs Mac, you are going to be my virtual sw coach, I am so inspired by you and your fab attitude!
Ok, here goes..0 -

yes but take it off the heat or it may split
Too late:( Luckily i had only put it in half, had done the other half with cream for DD so i'm having that but drained all the sauce off. Just a shame about the wasted chicken. Guess about 3 syns for the little sauce on the chicken.

Good luck to all the new starters, well done to the losers. Chin up to the rest of you!
Today has been EE because I went to my Mums for tea - she is very naughty - knows I'm doing SW & knows how it works as she's done it herself before so what does she cook me - burgers, mashed potato (with butter) & onion gravy. I was good though and resisted the cake for pudding (came home and had quark chhescake instead)
Still have my headache - it's to do with my eyesight and is unlikely to be resolved for 3 weeks at the earliest as I have to go to the hospital to get it sorted. Normally, I would say 'well I can't diet whilst I'm ill' but I am going to try really hard to sticky with it. If Dizzy can do it with all her troubles then so can I - see Dizzy, you're a real inspiration.
So today EE
