i have bitten the bull by the horns and im going to go to a class tonight. .
Well that's a new phrase, I think it might work with you being brave and going to classDiva, you will be fine!
Make sure you take plenty of pics of yourself now ( maybe in a bikini!) and MEASURE with a tape around your arm, legs, waist, bum etc.
XXGod is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Lunch was a little later than planned as i had to go to the garage to get the car looked at. It is going in for its MOT tomorrow and i think its going to be expensive!
Went home via Morrisons and got some more milk/cereal/fruit etc Bought a box of the fibre plus bars to try them.
Also bought Quorn sausages and southern style burgers. They are both free on green aren't they?
My baked potato was yummy, though i only ate half as it was huge:eek: Had it with some HM chilli and salad.
What salad dressing do you guys use? Been using balsamic vinegar but i think i need something else for a change. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I am in the same boat - starting tonight
might go home via the big tesco to get the right food
lol i was thinking of ordering it online as hubby is doing nights and got the car, so gotta take little miss divadee with me.
if not i will go tomorrow after work, i explained to the group leader on the phone that this is all a bit last minute so havent got much slimming world food in, she said dont worry you will be fine.
she even said if you come tonight, you could miss next weeks so you could still start on monday and have the weigh in the week afterwards, she said its flexible as she understands i really wanted to start next week,0 -
Dont you have a small cute fluffy housepet that you can blame ??
Lol, now why didn't I think of that?! :rotfl:
dizzy, hope you got on ok with the Dr this morning, sounds awful for you
My EE meal plan:
B - rasps, banana & onken yoghurt
L - baked spud with half a tin of baked beans followed by HM soup followed by plums
D - macaroni tuna cheese (HEA) with mangetout on the side
Snack - fibre plus (HEB) & maybe more rasps & yog
I'm hoping the macaroni cheese works out ok, I'm sort of following a recipe I saw somewhere  that uses natural yoghurt, eggs & cheese for the cheese sauce bit so it's all completely free on EE if I use 28g cheese as HEA. Will need more than 28g in the recipe but it feeds 4 so I figure my portion will be about the 28g so I shouldn't need to syn any. Will let you know if it tastes good0 -
I'm making curry tonight, i usually put a bit of double cream at the end. Would i be able to use FF natural yog instead? Would it taste ok?The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

i also use the vinegar sometimes use some light salad cream think 1 syn for a tablespoon
i also make a yoghurty mint dressing with a combination of 2/3rds natural yoghurt either low fat or fat free 1/3rd light mayo lemon juice and lots of dried mint and syn accordingly - normally 2 dessertspoons for 2 syns
i also have a bottle of provenders 3% fat balsamic vinegar dressing in the fridge which i occasionally use - no idea of syns so i guess at 2 for my drizzle !!:j MFi3 wannabee :j

I would think so but put it when it has cooled a bit so it doesn't curdle - quark is really good in currys to make them creamy!NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0

Not 100% sure but I thought the quorn sausages were free on all plans but the southern style burgers are 3.5 each?
Hope some0one tells me as the southern stylem burgers are for tea tonight, If they are free I'll have 2! x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
