    Morning All

Well ive had a rubbishy sleep, I couldnt settle and felt like I was going to fall out of bed all the time when I moved a bit.

Started with throbbing earache in my 'only ear' which might explain the full feeling yesterday.....and the very obvious loss of co-ordination and dangerous driving of the zimmer shifter.gif
So ive got the doc coming this morn....Im so bad I cant make it out of the apartment....went to the loo in the night on my hands and knees as my brain just could not figure out which way was up-very scary confused.gif This is sooooo not nice - OH has had to go to work, but his mum is coming soon to do me some lunch and a jug of juice.....I feel a right wuss!!!

Anyways Im off for a lie down..... be good xx

    Morning all

I succumbed badly to the emotional eating yesterday and also this morning ( biscuits)

I just feel im in a weird place emotionally and biscuits will help.

Im going to have the day off today I think and deal with it tomorrow! Its most likely to be a green day if I do anything as I have bread rolls in and quorn burgers for tea and jacket or something.

Althou i am well over my syn allowance for the day already as I just had 4 maryland cookies :(

    Agh!

Hope the doc can help you Dizzy, that does not sound fun:eek:

Hugs Lynz, i used to be a terrible emotional eater, but i used the Paul Mckenna system for a while and i am much better now. Now i just struggle as i eat too much junk, though i only ever eat it when i'm actually hungry. SW is retraining my taste buds:D

    Doing an EE day today.

Breakfast 2 x weetabix, Activia FF yog ( did someone say these are synned now?) and a banana.

Snacks - melon, kiwi, nectarine when i'm hungry

Lunch will be a Baked potato with HM Chilli and salad

Dinner will be curry and rice

Trying to up my water intake, aiming for 1 litre a day at the moment, 1.5L if i can manage it. With the goal of 2L eventually.

i am thinking of starting on SW or WW, but i dont feel comfortable going to the classes yet, i have about 3 stone to lose.

my question is that SW sounds really confusing, green, original, extra easy etc... is it really as confusing as it sounds?

i dont eat cheese or any red meat. But i love bread, and know on SW this is very restricted and i also love porridge.

Please can you give me some guidance so i can choose between WW or SW

    Hi Diva

Is bread restricted on WW. I only played at WW ( just made a few recipes)

Yes bread is restricted in that it isnt a free food it is measured. On green days you can have 2 lots of bread if you so wish ( 2 bread rolls) and even more if you syn them

I personally dont think it is confusing but then I generally do EE and the odd green day when I want more bread ( ie quorn burger in roll and soup and roll) but eating bread seems to slow losses for many people.

i want to do this the easiest way, and swapping days around like green days EE days will just confuse me lmao

can you just do EE days? and then have the syns or do you have to swap them around.

i love fruit and veg and could quite happily live on that, its the bread, crisps, chocolate and currys that get to me lol

I have been only doing EE up until the last few weeks when I have done the odd green day. Havent managed a red day yet and probably wont to be fair.

There is a curry book which Im hoping to get for my birthday :D

Bread, crisps, chocolate- yeah, same as me, but I can live without them when im not having an emotional meltdown ( which I am at the mo) but I am more restrained on my binges than I ever was before ( ie I call 4 cookies a binge rather than the 4 packets I was comfortably eating before LOL)

I have chocolate and crisps almost every day on plan, nothing is fdorbidden its not a diet its a new way of eating. Thats all.

And on that note im going to pull it round and eat a lovely fruit salad and try and stay reasonably on plan today :D
