Hi all, well done on the fabulous losses ladies!

    Another EE day here:

Breakfast: Weetabix (heb), soya milk (hea) and an apple.

    Snack: Grapes.

Lunch: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Peppers, Cornichons, Pickled Onions, Grated Carrots, Sweetcorn and chicken.
    Strawberries and Raspberries.

Dinner: Cod Loin, 1 New Potato, Green Beans, Brocolli, Cauliflower and more sweetcorn.
    Mango, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Might have a WW yoghurt later if i get hungry again.

Went to the gym yesterday and did 45 mins cardio and then 80 lengths in the pool. As well as the usual 2 walks with the dog.

Tonight i'm gonna aim for 45 mins on the Wii Fit and i've walked the dog twice already.

Weigh-In tomorrow and aiming for a loss of 3.5 lbs to bring up the magical 2 stone loss (previously said i'd lost 22.5lbs but looking at my book it's 24.5!) which will leave me with 4 stone 4 lbs to go :o

Hope you're all having good days and keeping the fairies at bay! x

    :T I have LOST 5 lb :j

Well done you!!! and well done all the losers :D
Went into Lakeland and looked at the butter buds but for £4 for 40 it seemed too expensive for my liking so I resisted.

    What are butter buds?

Weird day, I didn't eat lunch (well I had a HB egg, just not my salad) cos I wan't hungry! That never happens :rotfl:. I 'm eating my salad now though before dinner cos it won't last til tomorrow.

I went to gym after work for an hour, I upped the levels on all the equiptment so am knackered now, but in a good way!

    Green Day:

B - honey nut shredded wheat (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)
    L - HB egg
D - peppers stuffed with leftover tomato and basil risotto, SW wedges, salad cream (2.5syns), salad
Snacks - activa ff yog, cheese (HEA), kellogs fibre plus (HEB)
Drinks - water, coffee, NAS squash
Exercise - 1 hour at gym, 20min walk

    Total syns = 2.5

I haven't eaten my dinner or my snacks yet! I'm not sure if I can fit all this in :rotfl:

Money is a bit tight at the moment so any suggestions for cheep and cheerful meals for 5 people would be greatly appreciated

Big pot of chilli using soya instead of meat (or in addition to the meat), pour over jacket potatoes

    Mushy pea curry

A whole roast chicken and educate people that the thighs and wings are actually tastier than the breast (back in the Olden Days a chicken would have done 4 people for two meals, then soup on the third day :j ) do loads of vegetables with it.

Speed soup (dynorod soup) but let it cook longer/don't add water so it comes out thicker like a vegetable stew. This works, cos I did it yesterday, albeit without ALL the ingredients as there's only me and it's gonna last all week as it is .... I added spices and some tinned spinach too.

    hope this helps.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

I bought some of the butter buds last time i was doing slimming world. The aren't nice imo and not worth the money. I'd rather syn some proper butter..

I just weighed my HEB of pasta to go with my meatballs for tea:eek: has anyone seen what 35g of pasta looks like? 10 pieces of penne :( i've decided to have courgette nooodles instead and then have the last of my fibre plus bars for my HEB.

Well done to all the gym goers - i'm allergic to it :o
