    Happy birthday Lynz.. _party_

Sorry-flutterby -I forgot to say earlier that YES -the frozen veggie mince was coming up at 3syns per 100g.

Mel -I don't mind having a bash at doing you a meal plan if you are stuck, I would just need to know
    • what won't/can't you eat
    • what sort of meals you like normally
    • are you at home for lunch etc
    • ooohh what SW cookbooks you have, if any
    • oh and do you like cooking or would rather have quick things?
    • oh and finally (for now) -where do you shop -so I could pick stuff from there...
    Think that might do it....

I have heard of adding a peeled potato to soak up the chilli, never tried it though.
What about having a big dollop of soya yogurt on top (like sour cream) to neutralise the chilli? Works with dairy yogurt and curry, so might work?

    Hi there alisont

A pinch of sugar/sweetener sometimes reduces to heat .... could you fish out the solids and add another tin tomatoes/passata to them-then freeze the original sauce to use when you make your next batch ?

Hi, does anyone know if it's ok to breastfeed actually at the SW image therapy? I'm just awaiting my 6 week check and the all clear from the Drs to go back to SW whilst breastfeeding, but I'm pretty sure the only group I can go to will be during the day when I may need to feed DS. If I can't stay for image therapy I'd rather just use the books I have and weigh myself at Boots as it's a lot of money just to weigh and run!

I bought the MrA Meringue nests and they said on website 2.5 (so I agree with Mrs Mc)..... If three of us agree it must be right!!!!!!!

The mushroom and bean pate turned out OK... but a bit wet, might do it oven next time instead of SC.

If it wasn't ok I would bother going back at all, Nitha. Anyone who objects to a baby being discreetly fed naturally in this day and age, should be ashamed of themselves. My daughter has just been given a V shaped shawl which you tie in a knot over your shoulder for a breastfeeding cover-up. Perfect privacy for Mum & baby. Perhaps you could try something similar if you are a little nervous. Remember the more people who do breastfeed in public, the more socially acceptable it will become again. Most people would prefer that than hear a baby wailing for food anyway!
