Hi everyone - I'm ba-ack! We had a fabulous week in Cornwall and stayed with friends in Cheltenham on the way home (she is one of the Loose women so it is a different world they live in!) and back to reality now!

Have just weighed in and have stayed the same!! I feel like a drum role as we really tried to stay to plan so am quite happy!
Have tried to keep up with the thread on my BlackBerry but it became a bit much so well done to all the losers, and hugs to those struggling!

That Lentil and butternut squash soup looks good, and I have tracked back to the hummous recipe and can't wait to try it!

hey ho - onwards and downwards!

PS - I've never been on holiday and stayed the same before!![/QUOTE]

WAAAAHHHEYYYYY well done you!!!!! :T:T:T:T how good must that feel :D

Your friend is one of the TV loose women?......or you just mix with some peculiar folk lol ;) x

Ha ha - no - she is one of the TV ones - Lisa if you watch it. She is so normal in 'real life' - just a great girl with a sense of normality in a mad world!

My 2 main difficulties will be lunch and dinner. I can do mugshots for lunch instead of the sandwich on days when lunch is had back at hotel (even though I don't like mugshots!), but at least one of the days lunch will be up on a mountain! Dinner is normally accompanied by chips and some veg, the kids normally leave the veg so I can steal that for me!

I will not have time to prepare a separate meal option for me as I am literally on the go from 7am til midnight during this week. The most I'll be able to do is boil a kettle for the mugshot etc.

I go on these trips 3-4 times a year so need to find a SW way to make it work.

I was thinking of taking a bag of fruit, mugshots, alpen lights (I prefer fibre plus but you get 2 alpen's so it's a better option), bottles of water, squash. There is a small fridge in our accomodation there so could take some yogurts but the kids may steal them from the fridge .

Is ainsley couscous better? You could chop veg like carrot onion pepper radish a small tin of sweecorn with your swiss army knife :D and add that, take a packet of cooked ham? (lasts well) boil the water, and leave it to cool in a tupperware? Is quite portable I think, and doesnt really need to be fridged without the ham...

Can I ask where have you got Stevia from as Id like to order some:)
    I got it from here:
    https://www.stevia-trade.com
It arrived quickly (three days from Germany) and seems fine, although I haven't used it yet.
The meal was lovely, although I have felt vaguely nauseous since. Not sure what is going on there!

Nausea is a well known side effect of Stevia.
