  • Yup, just dragged my way to SWonline and egg noodles are free on EE, I didn't check green days but would assume so. They'd be weighed out on red I expect.

This milk isnt goin to curdle is it? And is thai green paste free? used to make it the "normal" way but if this works it will be a yummy addition to my meal plans!!
And yes I got it on ebay, ordered it yesterday afternoon & it arrived this morning!! 2 little bottle, around £3, will this be free? Im tired & confused so can't think!
Chocolate essense...oh my!! That sounds like it could be yummy!!

I use Bart's green thai paste - it's a good quality paste (i am fussy about these things) and it's only about 1 syn per tsp i think, and it's v spicy so you dont need much. Some of the supermarket own ones are too thick and quite weak so you need tbsps full to get the right heat!
hello all - mmm just had a lovely dish of a whole pack of steamed asparagus with some quark/blue cheese over the top and a sprinkling of butter buds :). Just thought I'd get the superfree stuff out of the way before the chicken is cooked in the halogen oven.

BettyB and H007: a page or so back you both list your daily food and say you are doing EE but I can see hardly any superfree in there .... have you missed it off the list or (worse) have you missed it altogether:eek: 'course, it may be me that's missed it but I've read it thru twice.

I do the same as H007, in that I usually add my superfree as i go - for example I might write on here 'spag bol' but as i'm cooking it i'll throw in carrots, mushrooms, tomato and onion. I will try to be more specific as it's good to know someone is keeping an eye on it for me and now i am worried that i'm not having enough!

on that topic, are lentils superfree?? i have been using them a lot in my soups. But when i do make soup i make sure I use more veg, like onion, carrot, peppers or leek, than potato or lentils, just to ensure it's veggy enough.

    Tomorrow's plan is Green:
56g cereal and skim milk (1/2 HEA,other 1/2 in tea, and will have 2 ryvita to complete both HEB)
    2 clementines and a banana
    leek and potato soup (free)
pasta with tom sauce - toms, onion, red pepper, carrot and mushrooms - with HEA cheese on top and some green beans on the side
then i'm off out for the night, so will be drinking vodka and diet coke all night i expect.

    so just to analyse:
2 HEB - cereal + ryvita (two portions of each)
    2 HEA- milk (1) and cheese (2)

Superfree - fruit with breakfast, veg in soup (apart from potatoes) and veg in pasta sauce and green beans...is that enough??

i think it says in my book that 'straight to wok' style noodles are synned but dried egg noodles (boiled) are free

    Morning all

Last night was really good, :D had a nice evening with the girls and it was nice to stay in and cook rather than go out! I did have a 2nd glass of wine so I went approx 6 syns over what I had allocated but I'll just pull those back today. I also made my friend take the desert home with her so I would not be tempted! :rotfl:

I'll post my meal plan later tonight.

Would someone be ever so kind and check the syns of Tesco's own frozen vegetarian mince? I normally use Quorn mince cos that's free, but it can be pricey and my friend said that the tesco one was nicer and cheaper!!

    Cheers

Hi Betty! I feel like a policeman now :rotfl:no, I give in, you are having your superfree! Bad news is, lentils are not superfree. They are simply free on EE and green.

I've just had a most yummy breakfast of defrosted raspberries, melon and a Shape Zero mango yog, I could have eaten it all over again! Funny how some tastes just seem to go together (it looked like a pile of pus in the bowl, mind  )
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
