. Just thought I'd get the superfree stuff out of the way before the chicken is cooked in the halogen oven.
BettyB and H007: a page or so back you both list your daily food and say you are doing EE but I can see hardly any superfree in there .... have you missed it off the list or (worse) have you missed it altogether:eek: 'course, it may be me that's missed it but I've read it thru twice.
hi, thanks for taking the trouble to actually look at the meal plan.
if it is todays meals you are talking about i have just eaten dynorod soup followed by blueberries, raspberries and strawberries!!
just been to tesco and re stocked on the fruit and veg - thats why there was only apples on my list in the daytime
must admit what i write on here while at work is really what i think of off the top of my head, my superfree tends to get added at point of cooking. but will try to be more specific next time0 -

Quick question to the wise amongst us.........
I know the Asda rotisserie chickens are synned, but on the cold meat counter would the sliced turkey be free? Ive been buying this as its quicker and easier to put a couple of slices with a bag of steam veg and new pots for lunch when Im on my own and feeling a bit wobbly to use the cooker.
Im just wondering if its going to be any different than buying the cold meats in packs (which are listed as free)
They do a buttered one - which obviously I dont get, and one that says 'os turkey breast'0 -
blackberry-rum wrote: »Wasn't consultant's hummus recipe free a couple of pages back? Mine is free if you omit the spoonful of sesame oil but frankly I think that makes it fabulous! I blend a can of drained chickpeas (save some of the liquid in case you need it), few dollops of quark or plain ff yoghurt, couple of cloves of garlic, a little chilli and a spoonful of sesame oil. Mmmmm. I don't recommend going mad with it (ie, eating it all in two sittings) or you'll have the same probs as the Windy Women above!
I was going to use consultant's recipe. Might do a side by side tasting (yes I do love hummus that much!).
Thanks blackberry-rum,
