Thanks - will order that am sure I can 'veganise' the meat recipes and that there will be veggie recipes in there.
Might order the Jamie Oliver book free can use it to sell on the dog stall as dont think it will be very veggie friendly but I like reading Jamies books.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

I made scrambled type egg for some noodles last night with no fat and it just slid off. You can get a good black one from home bargains for less than £2 and they are much easier to wash than a dirty pan. Also very good for omlettes when you need to fold them or slide them onto a plate.
What a brilliant idea!!:T:T:T:T:T:T
hi, I just read about people wasting other peoples time and if it was me I do apologise. I have a short term memory and concentration problem which drives my family crazy. I am unable to read back all the pages as I can't concentrate for long enough.
Today I got an email from bodyoptimise about eating like a king at breakfast etc. My new resolution is to eat in the morning every day.I am sure my two days of using an alarm to remind me to eat have helped my weight loss.
I am on a no bread diet as I have found I am wheat intolerant. Just been to a funeral tea with everything bread or cake based. I ate a few crisps!business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

And yes I got it on ebay, ordered it yesterday afternoon & it arrived this morning!! 2 little bottle, around £3, will this be free? Im tired & confused so can't think!
Chocolate essense...oh my!! That sounds like it could be yummy!!
Yes you do have to be careful with the milk as it can go bitty. Not sure if soya milk does the same - soya millk is what was originally suggested in Minimins... except I didn't have any so improvised.
Thai pastes vary in syns I would imagine so you'd have to check with which on you are using. Mine is so strong I only needed a teaspoon and a half and it was really pokey."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Evening all
Tonight I am having the girls over for a Strictly and Taco fest. So I've been syn free all day so far, and have 11.5syns left from yesterday so should be ok! I've had a snack of Pasta n Sauce now so I won't be too hungry, and shouldn't overdo it.
Green day:
B - magic porridge - oats (HEB) and activa ff yog
L - jacket potato, with beans and cheese (HEA)
D - taco shells x 3 (7.5syns), taco mix - made with quorn chilli, tinned toms, loads of veg, sour cream (4.5syns), cheese (HEA and HEB)
Snacks - HB egg, pasta n sauce, banana
Drinks - fizzy water, NAS squash, wine (6syns) - this is assuming I stick to one glass :rotfl:
Total syns = 18
There may well be desert too (we are all bringing bits of the meal) so I still have 9 syns left over from yday/today combo so can have a small something
Hope you all had good days

Many thanks0 -
hello all - mmm just had a lovely dish of a whole pack of steamed asparagus with some quark/blue cheese over the top and a sprinkling of butter buds
. Just thought I'd get the superfree stuff out of the way before the chicken is cooked in the halogen oven.
BettyB and H007: a page or so back you both list your daily food and say you are doing EE but I can see hardly any superfree in there .... have you missed it off the list or (worse) have you missed it altogether:eek: 'course, it may be me that's missed it but I've read it thru twice.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

SW chips: cut potatoes into wedges or chip shapes. Parboil. Leave to cool a bit. Shake 'em about. Spray with frylight and grill or roast until cooked. Can add spices at the shaking and spraying point.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
