this isn't for the veggies amongst us so look away ;)

thought i'd share my chicken soup recipe?

    you'll need

    chicken carcass
    stock cube
    2 cloves of garlic
    water
    veg
maybe a pinch or 2 of chilli powder
instant mash or tbsp cornflour (3.5)

boil the chicken carcass for a few hours,i fill the pan with water and simmer whilst i'm houseworking

    this is the nasty bit

sieve out the chicken bones and pick the chicken off the bones,i make a pile of fat and skin for my dogs

thicken the gravy with cornflour and season with crushed garlic cloves, and chilli, don't add salt

if its not chickeny enough now add the stock cube(s)

put the chicken back into the soup and add veg,i use up veg from the week and throw in a bit of frozen

when veg is cooked you're ready to go!

i fill a 3litre pan and it feeds a greedy family of 4 twice! :D

and i'm hoping its only 3.5 syns for the WHOLE THING!!

Dont bet on the jamie book having much low syn stuff in it, I have this book, its lovely but very fattening and heavy on butter and oil
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
