Don't think they sell them there? Have got my mini bottle in my bag and a small tub of fat free mint dip, WI in half hour - am so worried Ive not lost as it's that time of the month and I usually weigh more that week, oh well If Ive not lost Il be more careful next week and plan to join the gym:) positive thinker me!

Wearing jeans that were too tight to do up 2 weeks ago and a cardy I'd thought was a bit clingy but looks ok tonight:j

Oooh I hope you didn't wear jeans to your WI, they are really heavy. Took me ages to realise why most people wore leggings for weigh in! Fingers crossed for you anyway.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Hi ladies and gents,

Sorry for the absence, i'm rubbish at finding the time to sit down and post although i do read every morning whilst at work :shhh: before anyone else arrives as seem to be on my own for the first half hour or so a day.

Weigh-in on Tuesday saw a 3lb loss so only 1.5lb to go for my 2.5 stone award - i love the stars in all my childness :D

    Todays been EE as ever:

Breakfast: Weetabix (heb) soya milk (hea) and an apple.

    Snack: Grapes.

Lunch: Sweet n Sour Mugshot, Plums, Cherry Toms, Pineapple, Pomegranate and Strawberries.

    Snack: Nectarine.

Dinner: Steak, Kale, Sweetcorn, and a tablespoon of carrot and swede mash which i HATE but needs must to make up the 1/3 SF food ;)

Snack: Have just had a weightwatchers yoghurt and 2 pink and whites (5 points)

Both HEA's had but a little light on syns so may have an options hot chocolate before bed as a treat!

Well done to all the losers, massive *positive vibes* to all those who need or indeed just want them and (((HUGS))) to you all. x

tried to make dynorod soup tonight but didnt realise how small my stockpot was lol
i was only able to add about a third of the ingredients!

    anyway in the end i chucked in;
    baked beans
    chopped toms
    2 small leeks
    1 parsnip
    1 carrot
    1/2 courgette
    1 pepper
    orange lentils
    herbs de provence
    stock

it came out ok but i think it had too much lentils in as it was very thick and abit grainy.
made it better by having 2 slices of nimble and spread though

oh well will know not to put too many lentils in next time but now i have a big pot of soup i am not that keen on!

Cook the rest of the ingredients then combine the 2 might work, or just add some mor tock ot thin it down a bit.

    Back from my curry night!

Have lost 2.5lb this week:j so 6lb in 2 weeks - reckon I might get my first sticker next week. Felt bad not staying for the meeting but will be back next week - felt Id missed out on group chat!

Was very good at the meal - asked for a salad with lemon juice for my starter as all the veggie choices were deep fried. Had a vege rogan josh - asked for low fat and boiled rice. Had 1 papadom and 1/2 glass red wine.

Not sure If Il go to the meal Im due to go to tomorrow as such a rush from work to get home and out again by 6pm.

If I do go be interesting to see if I can eat 3 meals out 3 days on the trot and lose any next week!

Morning all :) Am peed off - had a sneaky peek at the scales (usually weigh tomorrow) and it's only showing a lb loss. I don't mean ONLY but after being naughty for a while and then being so rigid I was hoping for a good loss this week :( Honestly while all around me have been scoffing pies and cakes and all sorts of naughtiness I have been so good. I only had one bit of cake this week and that was on my daughters birthday otherwise I wouldn't have had it. I baked it myself and worked out all the syns so didn't go that far over my syns :(

Its my * week this week so hoping that's interfering with it. Would anyone mind taking a peep at my food diary see if they think I've gone wrong somewhere just in case? Is it possible I'm eating TO MUCH fruit? So down now and know I shouldn't be as it's still a loss.

    Thanks everyone.

Alison well done on the curry night :)

Takeiteazy - we have a lurgied up house here too. Autumn is def here :)

Well done all you losers :)
