I was just gonna post it and see you found it :)

I have just used the SW syn free chips recipe but cut them very very thin so Im hoping they will crisp up nicely, will put them in oven once the mac n cheese is out and let you know how they turned out

I've tried it out - just used a potato peeler to peel thin strips, sprayed with frylight and cooked in the oven for 20 mins. Put some salt no them too. Was nice but left them in too long - think 15 mins would have been perfect as they were really thin.

    thanks for the inspiration!!!

you can make the sin free crisps in the microwave too. just spray your plate with fry light, use potato peeler to peel 'crisps' and arrange on your plate so they don't overlap and give them a quick spray with frylight. microwave for about 6 minutes (if they are still soggy leave them a bit longer). You honest to god will not believe how good they are, they are almost like kettle chips!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Hi WI tonight 2nd one:eek: dont feel Ive lost any.

Going for curry for friends birthday do after WI planning to have vege rogan josh and boiled rice and 1 pappadam, taking my own mint dip.

Undecided about drinks - everyone going will be drinking - know that does not mean I have to but as its a 40th I fancy a glass and dont want to end up ordering a pint of Cobra beer so will take my mini bottle of red wine plus a big bottle of fizzy water, will see if I want the wine when there.

It is a 3 course plus coffee deal that has been booked - at £5.95 is cheaper than buying a main plus rice I wont have pud as they dont do vegan but not sure what starter is lowest syns - has to be a veggie one?

Have not had any syns today and just had filling bowl of lentil/vege soup so I dont nibble any snacks later.

My first meal out since going on SW and meant to have another tomorrow!
