:T ooh what a brill idea, thats the kind of thing I had in mind but didnt know I could do that, might have to try it out tomorrow

Please be careful with the crisps - they are counted as 'misuse of free foods' and as such are supposed to be synned as if you were eating them on an Original (red) day. It can be very easy to overdo them as they are very nice :p

EDIT: Houmous is 4 1/2 syns for 28g, so will go for that.

Have you tried this recipe - it's syn-free on Green & EE:-

    Hummus

    3 tins of chickpeas, drained
Juice and rind of two lemons
    Salt
    1 fat clove of garlic
Tub of syn free fromage frais or Quark

    Blend all together

Keeps well in the fridge for 3/4 days.

Question - the little cartons of milk used for tea & coffee in a cafe - can i take to be part of hea or how many syns? I have the millac maid half fat at work & run it through calc and came up free!?!?!

I swear i heard ages ago that these were syns! (i know the cream would be!)

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure they would be synned and the half fat ones would be counted as semi-skimmed. I think each little pot would be about a dessertspoonful.
