Oh and if anyone hasn't got one, I recommend getting a silicone baking sheet and cutting it to about an inch wider than the size of the base of your frying pan and use it in the pan where you would normally fry in oil. I made scrambled type egg for some noodles last night with no fat and it just slid off. You can get a good black one from home bargains for less than £2 and they are much easier to wash than a dirty pan. Also very good for omlettes when you need to fold them or slide them onto a plate.God is good, all the time

My fave pasta at the mo is the carbonara out of the last but 1 SW book.....tweaked a bit.
Diced onions & garlic. chopped ham. fried in frylight
quark, eggs & fromage frais, seasoning & chopped chives & beat it up together in a bowl
cook some pasta/spaghetti add it to the fried stuff then quickly stir in the quark mixture til its coated the pasta and serve......tis lush !!!0 -

Should stay crispy if you don't put them in a container whilst they are hot
Why not cook quorn sausages & chop them up - or quorn pieces with a schwartz shot over them
You could always take grapes & couple of bags of funsize sweets (check syns)0 -

My OH is the same, hates mushrooms...along with eggs and cheese!?! but doesn't like pasta either so I just have it for lunch or when he isn't around"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
