Me again....
Aswell as the speed soup being ok in the slow cooker, it is ok to have as a lunch on ee isn't it?
I am going to try a whole week of EE next week, and am trying to sort out lunches:) I find it very hard to menu plan because I tend to buy what's 'on offer' so for example this week, bacon, sausage, chicken breasts were cheap but next week it could be something else and so I have to devise meals depending on that.
xx0 -
yup it is mel as its loads of superfree
a quick question from me - i do all EE but i quite often dont have any meat - does this matter ? i know i could turn them into green days but i want to stick with EE for now as i feel its a more normal way of eating long term
for example today for lunch i had cous cous chick peans and mixed salad and our fav dinner at mo is jkt pots with lc lights beans and salad ?
thx xx:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Yeah of course you can have it on lunch, its one of the best things to have. As it has so much SF in it, you can have less SF elsewhere in the day if you are keeping an eye on cost ( I am)
Do you check out the offers on Mysupermarket - it usually dictates where I go and what we get adn how the meals are planned ( in theory anyway!) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I did EE for ages and frequently had days with v little ( ie some scraps off a chicken carcass) and a quorn or veggie dinner. I dont think it matters personally. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Hey all, woah you move fast on this thread! First day of work went ok....I hardly ate beacause I was on the move so much. I had breakfast at 8.45am and I didn't have my sandwich until 4pm! I know this isn't idea
I'm concerned that I won't be eating enough and also that I'll reach for junk food because of this.
I didn't make it to weigh in as I was caught in rush hour traffic, plus my working shift patterns will make it difficult to commit every week. I'm thinking to switching to a SW online.
I'm disappointed because I really want to succeed at this but it seems I've had a few ups and downs with crutches, redundancy and now the new job.0 -

someone actually brought this up at group last week as she thought you had to have 1/3 green 1/3 red & 1/3 superfree on your plate at everymeal. Consultant said you could have no meat at all one meal or two meals.....its not vital that you eat it (but then you may as well call it a green day and have the extra HEBS)0 -
Decided to check the syns in my vegan mars bars and my choc biscuit bars and.........
vegan mars bar - 12.5 syns
choc biscuit bar - 7.5 syns
I have 2 of the mars bars my fave choc treat ever and a pack of 6 biscuit bars, brought before my light bulb moment!
I dont want to give them away as the mars bars cost £1.75 and the biscuit bars came all the way from London and are so hard to get.
Good job Ive strong will power Il keep them and save up syns, just worried once I taste one Il want more:o
Also got so many 'synful' meals/burgers in the freezer and boxes of cereals here - such a waste but really dont want to eat them now.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
