Having both your HEa's (or on if EE) also helps as there is something in dairy that clings to fat and shifts it out of your body (sorru can't remember the exact details!) so all these diets where dairy isn't allowed are never going to be that good!0

Think Ive missed a few posts - what is magic porridge? After my sinky/hunger today Im back on my porridge/berries tomorrow!
Or rice pud with sliced banana is sounding a good idea!
Just reading a Womans magazine Mum got - a family have lose 30 something stone between 4 of them and look amazing - all on SW:TSealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
Sealed pot challenge number 9 number 4820 -
I often read the posts on here and think why are you doing sw, you are obviously not in the right frame of mind or why are you saying one thing and doing the opposite. We can only do so much to motivate it really boils down to the individual WANTING to help themselves. [Does that make me a meanie too?] Again i'm not aiming this at anyone in particular its just my observation. I could be added to that too what with the takeaways I've had
Anyway my food today:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, pork cous cous loaf , toms, babybel [a], ff activia
T - noodles, beans, onions, toms, b/sauce [1]
Snacks - banana, pear, pineapple, melon, apple, ff activia
Syns - 1 [making up for the takeaway]
I'm also the person who laughs at all the typos :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thanks - thinking Il give the biscuits bars away at work as they are not my fave choc so can go without those but the 2 remaining mars bars I want to keep freezing slices is a good idea:) at the mo Im off choc seeing how long I can go as hoping my body will detox off sweet things over time. It only took about a week for me to get over my bread/toast/crumpet obsession!
ooohhh were we seperated at birth ???? I too had a "bit" of an obsession with just about any form of bread product -especially home made ... slathered with organic butter mmmmm ... I went cold turkey and 23 weeks in Im still off them all.... and not bothered by them at all....
The only choc I get is the ocassional fibre plus bar...but "proper" choc bars are a thing of the past...and the strange thing is that I can't go down the choc aisle in the supermarket as the smell makes me feel sick :j
Im another one who could live on porridge... I slice a banana -put half in the bottom of the dish -tip my porridge on-then put the rest of the nana on and some defrosted berries mmmmmm
~Daisy~ :rotfl:my hands obviously work quicker than my brain... but my GIANT pickled slug was lovely
Skint-catt - I know what you are on about-I remember reading that people who have a diet higher in dairy products lose more weight..... I eat a lot of dairy .....I love it

could I ask what a pagen crisproll is?
and also the dynorod? soup, is it made using only speed foods?0 -
A krisproll is like a small toasted bread roll - found on the top shelf by the crackers - nice (but hard) with dairylea on!0

Magic porridge is simply your HEB allowance of Oats (28g) mixed with a pot of fat free yogurt. Make it the night before, then the oats swell up as they absorb the yogurt by morning. You can add chopped fruit etc too.
I eat it cold but you can warm it slightly in the microwave but be careful as sometimes yogurt can go funny in microwave!
It saves me using my HEA allowance on milk, and means I can have cheese instead
It's very filling and yummy.
