I'm cooking rice pud again - no sweetner this time just some vanilla extract flavour. Will have a bowl later as I need a nice warm comfort food then going to have some for breakfast with fruit on or a soya yoghurt/fruit.
I had wheatabix for breakfast today instead of my usual porridge but by first break at work I was so hungry so had fruit, next break i was so hungry still so had a round of beans on toast, then struggled to eat my cous cous and bean/vege at lunch!
Am trying to keep syns low today as going for a 40th do tomorrow so need to save syns for my veggie curry!
Got to race to club early as leader has agreed to weigh me before I go to the meal.
Got talking to one of the carers who comes in with a student today - he wants to lose weight and get motivated but wants to go with someone so is considering going with me to my club - think the fact its a male club leader will help too.
I still cant think Ive lost any weight this week - amount Im eating - will take me a while for my brain to realise Im eating more but more of the right foods now. It really is about re educating yourself/your body - wish Id of done this earlier - but at least Im on the right path now:)Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
